18명의 여성을 살해한 잔인한 연쇄 살인범의 용의자로 정원사이자 가게 점원인 로리스가 지목된다. 로리스는 가든 파티에서 여자를 꼬시다가 치한으로 몰리게 되고, 그러던 중 연쇄살인범 수사를 나온 루피 경감 로리스를 범인으로 오인한다. 경찰은 로리스를 체포하기 위해 그를 감시하지만 평범한 로리스에게서 아무런 증거도 발견할 수 없다. 끝내 경찰은 아름다운 여경찰인 제시카로 로리스를 유혹한 후 증거를 잡으려고 한다.
