수줍음 많지만 성실하고 마음씨 따뜻한 교내 원예부원 ‘야마다’와 외모, 성격, 운동실력까지 모든 면이 완벽한 육상부 에이스 ‘카세’. 접점 하나 없던 두 사람이지만 ‘야마다’가 정성스레 가꾼 나팔꽃을 계기로 점차 가까워져 이제는 서로가 서로에게 없어서는 안 될 소중한 존재가 됐다.
