In Dunkerque, a town in northern France, Lucia is feeling the chill winds of change: the many women in her family are organizing the funeral of the only man in the house, her dying grandfather. Lucia cannot face losing him and takes refuge in the arms of Rabah, a young man who lives nearby, with whom she embarks on a turbulent relationship.
