Ting Sau-Ling (Jacqueline Ng) is kidnapped by a gang in Shenzhen but she's rescued by Lau Koon (Robert Mak Tak-Law). The two get to know each other--in order to survive Lau Koon resolutely sneaks into Hong Kong to kill the gang.Ting Kwok-Bo (Lau Dan), gang leader and acquaintance of Lau Koon, pleads to him and sends May (Isabel Leung Pooi-Woo) to be his lover. Tensions rise as the love triangle between Sau-Ling, Lau Koon, and May is complicated by the conspiracies of the gangs of Hong Kong.

옥봉은 불량 소녀지만 마약 조직의 로버트를 목숨보다 더 사랑한다. 로버트는 그녀의 맹목적인 사랑을 이용하여 조직의 두목과 간부, 형까지 죽여서 교도소 들어가 있는 위니를 죽이라고 한다. 교도소에 들어온 옥봉은 로버트를 위해 위니를 찾는다. 그러던 중 교도소내의 우두머리 히맨과 충돌,위기에 몰린 그녀를 한 죄수가 구해준다. 옥봉은 그녀와 가까와지고, 우연히 그녀가 위니임을 알게 되지만, 너무 친해져 그녀에게 칼을 겨눌 수 없어 괴로워 한다. 아편을 하던 아버지 때문에 창녀가 되었던 위니는 마약 조직을 탐사하려고 깡패로 가장하고 있던 용을 만나 행복을 맛본다. 그러나 용의 신분이 탄로나 비참하게 죽자, 조직의 두목과 간부들을 살해함으로써 복수한 것이다. 위니의 사정을 안 옥봉은 차라리 자신이 죽기를 결심하고 교도소를 나선다. 줄기차게 내리는 비속으로 달려오던 로버트의 차는 옥봉을 발견하고도 그대로 그녀를 들이받고 다시 비속으로 사라진다.

comic book illustrator Simon Loui loses job and girlfriend is pissed off about him. So he gets drunk and wishes upon a star ... just as a spaceship is flying overhead, and an alien buzzes out and follows him home. Using his comic drawings on the walls as a guide, the alien assumes human form (to become Jacqueline Law) and calls herself Mah-Hey. Girlfriend gets understandably upset and walks out. Artist and Mah-Hey get jobs in a new firm, where she gives him support and help to succeed where he failed before. In between, Mah-Hey drinks water by the large bucketload, occasionally helps artist win fights, and looks into his dreams while he sleeps.
