푹풍우가 몰아치던 어느날 밤, 얼룩말을 옮기던 한 서커스의 사람들은 실수로 어린 얼룩말을 폭우 속에 버려두고 떠나버린다. 추위에 떨고 있던 작은 얼룩말을 발견한 것은 월쉬 농장을 운영하고 있는 놀란. 놀란은 이 얼룩말을 동물원에 보내고자 했으나, 어린 딸 채닝의 간곡한 부탁으로 집에서 키우기로 한다. 채닝은 이 얼룩말에게 "스트라입스"란 이름을 붙여준다.월쉬 농장 옆엔 호스레이스(horse race)트랙이 있고, 레이스호스(race horse)들은 이곳에서 레이스 연습을 하곤 한다. 이것을 본 스트라입스는 자신도 그들과 같은 레이스호스가 되길 바란다. 그러나 명 레이스호스인 트렌톤가의 말들은 그를 우습게 여기며 놀리기만 하는데...

작은 시골마을의 외톨이 소년 ‘호가드’는 숲속에 불시착한 거대 로봇 ‘자이언트’를 만나 친구가 된다. 겉모습과는 달리 아이처럼 순수한 ‘자이언트’ 와 그를 영혼이 깃든 생명체로 느끼며 보호하려는 ‘호가드’. 과연, ‘호가드’와 ‘자이언트’는 무사히 둘의 우정을 지킬 수 있을까?

아프리카의 평화로운 왕국 프라이드랜드. 이곳을 다스리는 사자 무파사의 아들 심바가 태어난다. 왕의 동생 스카는 자신이 왕위를 차지하기 위해 하이에나들과 결탁하여 무파사를 죽이고 심바에게 죄를 뒤집어 씌워 멀리 내쫓는다. 간신히 목숨을 건진 심바는 유쾌한 미어캣 티몬과 멧돼지 품바와 함께 생활하며 어른이 된다. 어느 날 심바는 옛 친구 날라를 만나 프라이드랜드가 파괴되고 있다는 소식을 듣게 된다. 하지만 자신이 저지른 실수 때문에 고향으로 돌아가기를 거부하는 심바. 결국 아버지의 가르침과 자신의 운명을 깨달은 심바는 스카와 하이에나들을 물리치고 평화를 되찾기 위해 왕국으로 돌아가는데...

Once upon a time there was a golden city. In the center of the golden city, atop the tallest minaret, were three golden balls. The ancients had prophesied that if the three golden balls were ever taken away, harmony would yield to discord, and the city would fall to destruction and death. But... the mystics had also foretold that the city might be saved by the simplest soul with the smallest and simplest of things. In the city there dwelt a lowly shoemaker, who was known as Tack the Cobbler. Also in the city... existed a Thief, who shall be... nameless.
