The film takes the viewer on a spiritual road trip from ancient Europe to modern Israel in a feature documentary that covers the terrain touched upon in Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code. Interviews were done with many of the leading teachers, art historians and spiritual guides of our time.

맥킨(Macklin: 알렉 볼드윈 분)은 암흑가에서 명성이 높은 전문적인 도둑이다. 어느 날 그는 갱단의 일원인 라일(Riles: 로버트 미아노 분)로부터 한 인쇄 공장에서 2천5백만 달러 상당의 인지를 훔쳐 줄 것을 제의 받는다. 그러나 맥킨은 임무를 무사히 수행한 뒤 약속된 배당을 받고 헤어지지만 공항 경찰들의 추적을 받아 목숨만 부지하게 된다. 이는 맥킨을 살해하여 거래대금을 가로 채려한 라일의 하수인 포인티(Pointy: 마이클 제이 화이트 분)의 음모였다. 이에 분노한 라일과 맥킨은 그들을 응징하기로 결심한다.
