2000년부터 미국 MTV에서 방영되며 큰 인기를 끌었던 온갖 지저분하고 위험한 장난이 가득한 동명의 쇼 시리즈를 영화화하며 대박을 쳤던 잭애스 더 무비의 20주년을 기념하여 제작된 작품. 원심분리기에 묶여 돌고, 토할 때까지 강제로 음료수를 마시며, 대포에서 발사되는 등 독창적이지만 정신 나간 위험한 게임 속에서 벌어지는 잭애스 크루들의 무모한 도전과 뱀, 꿀벌, 곰, 황소, 전갈, 거대 거미 등의 위험한 동물과 곤충을 이용한 대결이 펼쳐집니다. 실제로 크루의 리더인 조니 낙스빌은 흥분한 황소에 치어 뇌출혈의 부상을 입기도 했다고 합니다.
