Unseen animated feature film directed by Ryutaro Nakamura (Serial Experiments Lain). The story is adapted from the children's book, "Adventures of Tom the Small Cat" by Masumi Lino and Yumiko Imai.

A retired warrior comes to see his former lord and learns that someone is making indestructible swords from some unknown metal. He is sent together with a swordsman to investigate the source. Along the way they meet a young girl working as a beekeeper. She is later witness to the appearance of three strange females from another dimension. They are searching for a lost weapon that has landed on earth and as one of them lay dying she enlists the girl to help them control the strange beast/weapon. Meanwhile the warrior and the swordsman learn that an old nemesis has created the swords from the shell that surrounded the alien weapon. Soon the alien beast/weapon is awakened and battle for control ensues.

첫 우주 식민지 행성 에덴에서 통합군의 차세대 전투기종을 선정하기 위한 테스트가 진행되고, YF-19와 YF-21의 테스트 파일럿으로 재회한 이사무와 가루도는 여자친구 뮨을 두고 갈등했던 과거로 다시 상처받고, 이것은 차세대 기종 테스트에 까지 이어진다. 한편 뮨이 프로듀싱하는 버추얼 아이돌 샤론 애플은 인간정신을 다시 지배하고자 마크로스 시티에서 콘서트를 연다. 후반부에 이사무와 가르도의 갈등은 해결되지만 가르도는 두 사람의 공중전에서 죽게 되고, 이사무는 샤론의 음모 속에 위기를 맞는 뮨을 구하기 위해 샤론을 저지하러 간다

In the far future, peace and violence walk hand in hand. The citizens of Jesus Town, a false utopia ruled by the iron fist of Gurjev and his cyborg enforcer Michael, long for a savior from their veil of peace. While a small band of rebels search for a new weapon to aid in their fight against Gurjev, a dark force begins to stir. Hidden far from civilization lies what could be the answer to everyone's prayers. After a long imprisonment, Hakiader, the destruction rider, is discovered by the rebel forces. Kaoru, a member of the rebellion, enlists Hakaider to aid in their fight. Now aware of the new menace, Gurjev seeks to crush the rebels and remove the threat Hakaider once and for all. Will Hakaider prove to be a long desired savior, or an unstoppable force that will destroy all?

외계인 현상범 사냥꾼 이리아는 도적 카누트 일당에게 도난당한 귀중품 '카마라이트'를 되찾기 위해 동업자 후지쿠로와 지구로 향한다. 어렵사리 카마라이트를 되찾은 이리아는 다음 임무인 모의전을 위해 떠날 준비를 한다. 하지만 카마라이트에 눈독 들이고 있던 후지쿠로는 이리아의 전송기와 파트너 컴퓨터 밥을 파괴하고, 이리아를 만나러 온 텟페이마저 인질로 잡는다. 한편, 이리아는 카누트가 끌어모은 현상범들에게 포위당해 궁지에 몰린 상태. 그때 모의전의 대상이었던 지원용 전투로봇이 나타나 모든 현상범들을 죽여버린다. 이리아는 전투로봇의 제어 유닛이 그 악명높은 생체병기 '제이람'이라는 사실을 알게되고, 폭주하는 제이람을 잡기위해 또다시 존을 펼친다.

2002년, 세월이 흐르며 특차 2과의 말썽꾼들도 이리저리 흩어져 나가고, 고토와 시노부 등만 남아서 2과를 지키고 있었다. 바빌론 프로젝트도 거의 마무리를 향해 달려가는 시점에서 레이버 범죄도 많이 감소해 그럭저럭 평온하고 무난한 일상이 이어지던 중, 정체불명의 전투기가 미사일로 요코하마 베이 브릿지를 파괴하는 사건이 터진다. 사건 당시 촬영되었다는 영상에서 문제의 전투기가 자위대가 운용하는 F-16J임이 방송에서 공개되지만 자위대는 이 사실을 부정한다. 이어 벌어진 가짜 도쿄 공습 사고로 경찰청이 자위대를 압박하면서 두 조직이 점점 첨예하게 대립하게 되고, 정부가 자위대의 손을 들어주어 자위대가 치안 유지를 위해 기계화 부대를 이끌고 도쿄에 들어오는 등 정국은 엉망이 된다. 사건을 한 걸음씩 조사해나가던 고토와 시노부는 '츠게 유키히토'란 남자가 그 배후에 있음을 알게 되는데...

외계인 현상범 사냥꾼인 이리아는 도주한 고대의 생물병기 '제이람'을 포획하기 위해 지구상에 제한시간이 있는 무인밀폐공간 '존'을 생성한다. 하지만 우연히 두명의 지구인이 존 내부에 들어오게 되었다. 존은 제한시간이 끝내면 내부가 그대로 소멸되어 버리기에, 이리아는 지구인들을 지키면서도 제이람을 잡아야 하는 복잡한 상황에 놓인다

세상은 인간들이 사는 인간계와 악마들이 지배하는 악마계, 반인반수들이 사는 수인계의 삼계로 오랜 세월동안 그 균형을 유지해 왔다. 수인계의 최강자 아마노 자쿠는 삼계에 걸쳐 전해오는, 3천년에 한번 나타나 삼계를 하나로 통합하여 새로운 세상을 창조한다는 초신의 전설을 쫓아 여동생 메구미와 함께 인간계로 내려오게 된다. 사립맹신학원이라는 학교에서 초신의 기운을 느낀 아마노는 인간으로 변장하여 학교에 입학, 초신의 존재를 찾기 시작한다. 한편, 학원의 소심남 나구모 타츠오는 리듬체조부 소속이자 학원의 아이돌이기도 한 이토 아케미를 좋아하지만 소심한 성격때문에 자신있게 다가서지 못한다. 양호실에 간 아케미가 초신의 존재를 찾아 인간계로 넘어와 교사로 위장해 있던 악마에게 붙잡혀 범해질 위기에 처하고, 마침 학원을 탐색 중이던 아마노가 이를 발견, 일격에 악마를 처리하는 상황이 발생한다. 마침 그 장소에는 아케미를 쫓아온 나구모도 있었고, 아마노의 모습을 보기 전에 기절한 아케미는 나구모를 생명의 은인으로 여기고 그와 가까워지게 되는데...

In a futuristic version of medieval Japan, a band of swordsmen battles an evil warlord and his mechanical army of ninjas, and are aided by a mysterious heroic cyborg ninja, Shiranui.

The organization Mighty Jack is formed to combat the criminal syndicate known as "Q", and are given a large array of advanced weapons, chief among them being a high-tech submarine. Harold Hatari is abducted by Q, and Mighty Jack is dispatched to rescue him. Hatari is interrogated and threatened with blinding lights, but the Mighty Jack crew rescue him in the nick of time. Later, Q is discovered to be using "hot ice" (water that remains solid at room temperature) to create weapons and a secret ocean base disguised as an iceberg (though it's not precisely clear how hot ice could be a major world threat). Q then attempts to take over the Mighty Jack sub.

사사키 준코 원작만화를 OVA로 만든 1986년작. 1989년 1월에 KBS-1에서 새해 특선으로 아침 7시에 '황금고리'란 제목으로 방영했다. 황금테고리로 많이 알려졌으나 당시 KBS 방영표를 보면 황금고리로 나와 있다. 국내 비디오 제목은 별나라의 오오라.

현실에 질린 노비타는 마법사가 되는 것을 꿈꾸게 되는데, 당연히 불가능한 일이지만 만약의 상자의 힘으로 마법 세계를 실현한다. 그러나 마법세계도 마법이 과학을 대신할 뿐 기존 세계와 별 다를 것은 없어서 현실에서 공부와 운동을 못해서 놀림거리였던 노비타는 마법 세계에서도 마법을 제대로 못 써서 놀림 거리가 된다. 그러던 중, 마법 세계에 무서운 적들이 쳐들어온다.
