Jeffrey Allan "Jeff" Anderson (born April 21, 1970) is an American film actor, film director, and screenwriter best known for starring as Randal Graves in Clerks and Clerks II. In between, he has appeared in other Kevin Smith-directed films and has written, directed, and starred in Now You Know.

캐나다 투자회사에 입사한 '백성하(유지하)'. 유색 인종에 대한 보이지 않는 편견과 질시에도 불구하고 회사에서 가장 인정받는 딜러로 성장한다. 하지만 자신의 감각만을 믿고 무리한 투자를 감행하던 성하는 회사를 파산상태로 몰아가고 결국 해고통지를 받는다. 절망에 빠져 점점 술과 도박에 빠져드는 성하. 방황의 길에 들어선 성하는 우연히 피비(이승희)라는 여자를 만나 하룻밤을 보낸다. 타국에서 살아가며 항상 이방인으로서의 고독과 방황을 느끼던 피비와 성하는 서로의 상처를 감싸주며 어려운 곡예와 같은 사랑을 시작하는데 그것도 잠시. 피비는 뜻밖에 찾아온 과분한 행복에 불안해하고 성하와의 행복이 자신 때문에 깨질 것이라는 강박관념에 시달리다 또 다시 술과 거리를 방황하게 된다.
