Tetsuo Gonda, nicknamed Gon-mama, is a big, macho gay man. 일본 동경에서 활약하고 있는 사립 탐정 린(양조위 분)은 신주쿠에서 정체 모를 사내들로부터 습격을 받는다. 신변에 위협을 느낀 린은 자신의 조수 사오리(장백지 분)와 미녀 보디가드들이 기다리던 은신처로 들어간다. 한편 메이시(진혜림 분)는 결혼식에 불참하고 행방불명된 약혼자 다까시(나까무라 토루 분)를 찾아 일본으로 떠나는데 그들의 신혼 집을 설계한 실내장식가인 용(정이건 분)도 일해준 돈을 받겠다는 일념 하나로 메이시를 쫓아간다. 동경에 있는 다까시의 아파트에 도착한 메이시는 린을 습격했던 괴한들에게 습격을 받게 되지만 용의 무술 실력과 린이 보낸 미녀 보디가드들의 도움으로 탈출하게 된다. 그후 사오리의 안내를 받아 린을 만나게 되면서부터 네 명의 동반자는 동경에서 운명의 만남을 갖게 된다. 린으로부터 부패한 CIA, 야쿠자 등이 연루된 다까시의 행방 불명 사건에 대해 이야기를 들은 메이시는 린의 계획에 동참하게 되고 용 또한 어쩔 수 없이 합류하게 된다. 다까시의 사건을 조사 중 린은 계속되는 야쿠자와 CIA의 위협을 받는다. 결국 린은 그들을 상대로 일본열도를 뒤흔드는 반격 작전을 시작한다.
