남자친구를 살해하려다 실패하고 감옥에 들어간 여자 사나에. 6년 뒤 사나에는 산림 관리를 하는 남자 켄타를 만나 결혼을 한다. 사나에와 켄타의 결혼 생활은 사나에의 전 남자친구의 아내가 등장하면서 새로운 국면을 맞이한다. 사나에는 아직 전 남자친구를 잊지 못하고 켄타는 그런 사나에를 감당하기 버거워진다.
