Made up of four short stories. One, a lonely hooker can't stop crying whenever she has sex with her clients. She approaches a shrink and ends up stalking him. Two, a long suffering wife and the mistress of her husband bonds. Three, a weird tale of a lesbian avenging her comatose twin sister by killing her unfaithful boyfriend. And lastly, a woman one day suddenly decides that she had enough of her failing marriage and desperately seeks a reinvention of her life.

Super Mischieves, the pint-sized Shaolin monks and their wacky supervisor Richard Ng Man Tat are beset by trouble from all sides. A beautiful girl has inserted herself into their lives to get her hands on a powerful Shaolin sutra. Meanwhile, the trio meets Gum (Eric Kot), a Chinese parody of Forrest Gump who acts even more mentally challenged than Tom Hanks did in his Oscar-winning role. Eventually, Hao Shao Wen must deal with many flatulence jokes, and Shih Hsiao Lung is beset by numerous martial arts movie parodies, all which threaten to lay waste to the traveling trio. The pint-sized martial arts dynamo has to do away with bad guy parodies from The East is Red, Fong Sai-Yuk, and The Bride With White Hair, among others.

This film is about the life of socially deprived people who lives in caged housing in Hong Kong. Given the very tough topic of social deprivation, extreme poverty and shockingly appalling living conditions, I expected "Cageman" to be very tough to watch. This turns out not to be the case. Instead, "Cageman" is a warm, positive and loving film about friendship. People in the caged housing live as harmonious as possible, supporting each other by their limited means.

감성적인 면은 부족하지만 당성으로 똘똘 뭉친 중국의 여경찰 석남은 중앙당의 호출을 받고 아승과 함께 북경으로 향한다. 천 위원장의 비공식 홍콩방문 경호를 담당하게 된 두사람은 비행기 고장으로 대만에 불시착하게 되지만 그곳에서 대만에 처음으로 온 여 공안으로 대접을 받게 된다. 그들은 홍콩으로 돌아와 천 위원장의 방문에 맞추어 보안상의 점검을 하며 철저하게 준비를 한다. 예전에 홍콩에서 사랑을 나누었던 백여사를 만나러 비밀리에 방문하려던 천 위원장을 암살하려는 음모가 있다는 정보를 우연히 입수하게 된 대만의 장대용은 석남을 찾아온다. 이에 석남과 장대영, 그리고 홍콩 정치부의 여경사 이렇게 셋은 합동으로 보안을 철저히 준비하게된다. 결국 백여사를 설득하여 그녀와 천 위원장을 만나도록 주선해 주는데 그 자리에 위원장의 또다른 옛애인이 손자을 데리고 찾아온다. 실은 그들이 암살범이었는데 석남의 활약으로 결국 암살범은 살해되고 천위원장은 꿈에도 그리던 백여사를 만나게 된다. 감정이 매말라 있던 석남은 그들의 따뜻한 사랑을 보고 사랑의 실체를 깨닫게 된다. 그리하여 그녀는 자신을 좋아하던 장대용과의 만남을 약속 한 채 고향으로 떠나는데...

중국 10대 전설의 하나인 포타라 궁궐의 전설상의 그릇인 금항아리에 대한 이야기를 영화한 것이다. 잠재적인 초자연의 능력을 지녔다고 알려져 있는 이 항아리는 이미 100년전에 실종되었다. 어느날 홍콩 변호사 이지 로빈슨이 티벳에 있는 사원에 와서 상사 다라이 라마를 만나고자 한다. 그는 억만장자인 쇼우가 진짜 항아리를 소유하였다고 주장하였으며 그 항아리가 마땅히 가야할 곳은 시장에 있는 이 사원이라고 역설한다. 다라이 라마는 항아리를 되돌려 받기위해 그가 가장 신임하는 랍희를 홍콩에 보내 진짜 항아리 뚜껑을 가지고 항아리의 가부를 가려내고자 한다. 그러나 불행히도 종교적인 반대파 로우 화가 이일을 알아차린다. 그는 종교 세계를 지배하려는 야심에 찬자로서 금항아리의 힘을 빌어 그의 야심을 이루고자 한다.

Drama set in the 1950s, based on a true story, about a young girl, Sung Neng Yee, who is brought as part of a wealthy Chinese family. She is eager to become part of Mao Tze Tung's "new society", but soon becomes disenchanted by the economic misery the changes bring to her family. Before long, the authorities become aware of Neng Yee's feelings and she is taken to a labour camp, overseen by the sadistic Colonel Cheng.

킥복싱 챔비언인 에릭 슬로운(Eric Sloane : 데니스 알렉시오 분)은 동생 커트 슬로운(Kurt Sloane : 쟝-끌로드 반 담 분)과 함께 킥복싱의 본고장 태국에 도착한다. 태국의 챔피언인 동 포(Tong Po : 동 포 분)와의 시합에서 무참히 짓밟힌 에릭은 평생을 휠체어에 의지해야 하는 신세가 되었다. 커트는 형의 복수를 하기 위해 태국의 전통 무술을 배우러 스승을 찾아 나선다. 기이한 스승 시안 초우(Xian : 데니스 찬 분)을 만나 그 곳에서 혹독한 훈련을 받는다. 훈련 도중 그는 스승의 조카 딸인 마이리(Mylee : 로첼 애쉬어나 분)와 사랑에 빠지게 되고 그들 사랑이 더해감이 따라 훈련도 거의 마무리 단계에 이르게 된다. 드디어 생명을 건 동 포와의 결전의 날이 다가온다. 하지만 마이리와 형을 납치, 커트에게 시합에서 질 것을 요구, 커트는 거의 초죽음이 되도록 맞기만 하지만 마침내 그를 멋지게 꺾고 승리한다.
