Renuka Menon

Pathaaka is a 2006 Indian Malayalam film, directed by K. Madhu. The film stars Suresh Gopi, Navya Nair, Saikumar and Lalu Alex in lead roles. The film had musical score by Tej.

A sister in law (Akshaya) falls in love with her brother in law Akhilan (Arya). But he refuses her because he adores his wife (Renuka Menon) and he never would cheat on her. He hides all facts to his wife in order to protect her. Finally the sister in law commits suicide after a tragedy that becomes the climax of the film.

Solomon Joseph (Prithviraj) is a police sub inspector corrupt to the core. He has learned the importance of money and power and using his power he earns wadloads of money. And spends on wine and women. He is the S.I. of Rajakad police station where two underworld kings, Ummachan (Devan) and Vavachan (Vijayaraghavan), clashes frequently. Solomon is friendly with Vavachan and helps him many ways, including helping move the vans with narcotics.

Antony falls in love with Rajeswari who belongs to an upper caste family. When her father kills her sister for marrying a man from the lower caste, she decides to elope with Antony.

Shiva (Bharath) enters into St.Peters college, Bangalore and meets Pooja (Renuka Menon), who was born and brought up in the United States and has come to India to stay with her grandparents while completing her college education. Shiva falls in love with her but soon realises that their characters are totally different. Pooja feels alone, like a fish out of water in India and she wants to return to the US. So Shiva thinks about a plan to get her to stay and he expresses his love to her by creating a fictitious character MR X but never reveals about the character till the end. Pooja who got impressed by MR X refuses to see him in the later stage but understand and accepts shiva's true love.

While on a train journey, Kiran, an engineer, meets Bhuvana and falls in love with her. Bhuavana's family agrees to their marriage, but mistaken identities lead to the cancellation of the wedding.

Muthu and his disabled sister live with their grandmother and uncle Suseelan. Muthu's life takes a turn when he falls in love with a woman and meets a mysterious man.

Nammal is another campus movie from Kamal after Niram. What is different this time is Kamal introduces new faces Siddharth and Jishnu. Kamal provides glimpses of the new campus with adventure in his movie with these debutants. Snehalatha (Suhasini) takes charge as the Principal in a college where Shyam (Siddharth) and Sivan (Jishnu) are the heroes. Shyam and Sivan are fun filled characters as well as naughty. Aparna (Renuka Menon) is teased and ragged by the duo, who happens to be the daughter of Principal's friend. Aparna complaints and Snehalatha takes action against Shyam and Shivan. Soon to her surpurise she discovers that Shyam and Shivan are orphans, hardworking and their guardian is a priest (Balachandra Menon).
