에스퍼들이 지배하는 천년왕국 건설을 꾀하는 레이디 칸. 연방군 정보국 장관 야마키는 그 배후를 조사하기 위해 전설의 초인 로크에게 협력을 요청한다. 하지만 로크의 개입을 이미 예상한 레이디 칸은 제시카라는 소녀를 특수한 능력의 에스퍼 킬러로써 양성한 뒤 기억을 지우고 야마키에게 접근시킨다. 제시카에게는 초능력을 중화시켜 에스퍼를 분해하는 능력이 있는 것이다. 하지만 야마키와 제시카는 조종당하는 것도 알지 못한 채 정말로 사랑에 빠져버린다. 그리고 마침내 로크와 제시카가 대면하는 순간이 찾아온다.

It's spring break and everyone is going on vacation but Heroshi doesn't have any place to go but when Kaibutsu-kun receives a letter from his father saying that his father is sick he asks Heroshi to come with him to monster world, over there Heroshi turns into stone after a look on the king of that world but Heroshi and his friends do whatever they can to save him.

비실이의 화석자랑으로 시작된다. 진구는 화석을 보고 싶어하지만 다른 애들이 다 본후, 비실이가 화석을 정리한다. 덕분에 구경도 못한 진구는 열받아서 공룡 화석을 찾아내갰다고 한다. 물론 비웃음당하고, 늘 그랬듯 도라에몽에게 사정하지만 될리가 없고, 싫은 소리진실만 듣는다. 또 열받은 진구는 자기 힘으로 화석을 찾아내려 한다. 결국 여차저차해서 공룡알 화석으로 보이는 것을 찾아내고, 타임 보자기를 써본 결과 진짜 공룡알 화석인 것이 밝혀진다. 이후 약간의 고생을 거쳐 공룡이 부화한다.
