10년 전, 보석 강도의 손에 아내를 잃은 런핑성은 중국의 캉청 도심 곳곳에 폭발물을 설치한다. 특수 기동대를 이끄는 팀장 량청후는 테러범을 추적할수록 단순히 금전이 목적이 아님을 직감한다. 어느덧 테러범은 량청후의 가족과 동료들까지 노리기 시작했고, 량 청후는 덫에 걸려드는 기분으로 점점 추격해 간다. 한편 런핑성은 일당들과 함께 사람들이 많은 박물관에서 좀 더 대담하게 대규모 인질극을 감행한다.

May swears revenge, then has plastic surgery, afterward assuming a new identity as Donna, a nightclub dancer and stripper.
