12살 소년 스펜서는 내성적인 성격으로 학교에서 왕따 당하는 처지. 유일한 취미는 SF만화를 보면서 상상의 세계를 여행하는 것이다. 스펜서는 자동차 폐차장에서 이상한 물체를 발견한다. 알고 보니 외계에서 날아온 우주선. 폐차장의 우주선에선 빛나는 외양의 인조인간 "사이"가 나타난다. 사이와 합체한 스펜서는 자신을 괴롭히던 친구 집에 찾아가 항복을 받아내고 짝사랑하던 소녀를 위험에서 구출하기도 한다. 점차 스펜서는 사이에게서 자신감을 배우고 사이는 인간의 감정에 대해 배운다. 어느 날 사이는 우주 악당들이 만든 괴물전사가 지구를 파괴할 목적으로 만들어졌음을 말한다.의 매니 코토가 만든 어린이용 모험물. 조셉 마젤로, 아다치 유미 등의 아역스타들이 출연한다.
Production Design
Tony gets fired from his job. He's not really sad about this because he prefers writing songs and playing the guitar. He meets the drummer Charlie and they decide to start a band, although Tony is afraid of playing in front of other people. He can't even play in front of Charlie. They find another guitarist, Wynn, who enjoys fishing if he's not playing the guitar. The final member of the band is Eric, the bass-player who is often unpredictable in his actions. They name the band Circus Monkey and want to get famous and rich. However, after some successful gigs, they begin to realize what all the big music and show business is about

Dinger and Bobby's adventure start when a pair of magical sunglasses arrive at the door. Their mundane lives in L.A. get a crazy twist-but soon enough, they've got thugs on their trail who want the valuable pair for themselves. Under hot pursuit, it's one crazy antic after another as the troublesome twosome scramble to keep their hot commodity out of the wrong hands.
