여성 펑크 록 밴드 멤버들은 술집에서 공연하는 도중 동네 불량배들과 한바탕 싸움을 벌인다. 그리고 그들의 고장 난 밴을 고쳐주겠다는 행인의 자동차 수리점에서 밤을 보낸다. 잠에서 깨자마자 그들은 그곳이 자동차 수리점이 아니라 부서진 자동차들로 만들어진 경기장에 있다는 것을 깨닫는다. 멤버들의 사지는 절단되고 기계 부품이 사지를 대신한 채, 그들은 현대판 검투사로 바뀐다. 피에 굶주린 마을 사람들과 ‘황제’라는 이름의 지역 독재자에 둘러싸인 그들은 탈출 수단을 찾으려고 애쓰는 가운데, 경기장에 내던져지면서 피비린내 나는 싸움이 잇따른다.
