ZONE is a melodrama about a girl with paranormal abilities who fights against a system that tries to calculate and completely record people in a hermetically sealed area. In a time torn from chronology the rebel sets off with a bundle of hope in search of counterspaces and a life that feels like her own. Time and space collapse into each other. A country can be experienced through the pain, sadness and desire of its inhabitants.

Kamilla lives with her mother Gudrun in a remote winery. In addition to the agricultural work of the vineyard, Kamilla takes care of her mother, who is dependent on her help with every movement. When the mysterious Rocco appears, Kamilla hides him from the police and they begin a passionate affair.

갑작스런 전쟁으로 소녀는 부모님을 잃고 전쟁에 종속된 운명에 처하게 된다. 파괴와 참상을 극복하기 위해 남은 것이라곤 암소로 표현되는 어린 시절의 기억이다. 전쟁은 흉측한 여성 피조물 셋과 폭력의 리듬과 음악을 규정하는 지휘자로 상징된다. 전쟁에 대한 공포는 어린 소녀의 기억을 앗아간다. 이제는 더 이상 추상화 할 수도, 더 이상 자기 안으로 탈출하여 떠날 수도 없다. 성장하여 이 끔찍 한 현실을 받아들여야만 할 때이다.
