′맴′이라는 여성의 젊은 시절과 노년의 모습을 번갈아가며 보여준다. 1960년대 젊은 날의 맴은 두 남자로부터 구애를 받는 매력적인 아가씨였다. 결국 냉혈하고 야심찬 군 장교와 결혼하게 되는 그녀. 그러나 시간이 흐른 지금 서슬 퍼렇던 남편은 온종일 침상에 누워 누군가의 간호 없이는 살 수 없는 존재가 되었다. 본인도 늙고 많은 것을 잃어버렸지만 묵묵히 남편 곁을 지키는 맴. (제26회 부산국제영화제)
