2차 세계대전 당시 영국과 일본군을 습격해 막대한 보물을 손에 넣은 하리마오. 그가 남긴 보물 전설에 연관된 세 개의 동상을 추적하던 루팡은 박물관에서 곰 동상을 훔치게 되고, 후지코는 영국 귀족 아처의 비서로 일하던 중 보험회사 직원인 러셀에게서 해저터널이 폭파되었다는 비보를 듣는다. 해저터널 폭파에 대한 책임은 아처에게 전부 덤태기 씌워져 빚을 갚지 못하면 평생을 용서받지 못하는 처지에 살게 된다. 하리마오의 보물만이 살 길임을 안 아처는 손녀 다이애나와 함께 하리마오의 보물을 찾기 위해 움직이고, 이를 괴링거 장군과 어느 네오 나치 여성 교관이 이끄는 정체불명의 군사조직이 전설만이 남겨진 막대한 보물을 향한 결사적 추격을 시작하는데….

다카라 토미의 롱셀러 여자 완구 리카짱의 캐릭터를 주인공으로, 1990년대에 전개된 OVA 「리카짱」시리즈 제3탄. 어느 일요일. 리카는 친구의 이즈미와 함께 이즈미의 친척 집에 가서 거기에서 자동 응답을 하게 된다. 뒤뜰에는 큰 나무가 있는 부자풍의 집이었지만, 거기에는 신경이 쓰이는 반면, 낯가림하는 성격의 소녀 아키짱, 그리고 동생의 토모짱이 있었다.
