재능은 있지만 남들과 잘 어울리지 못하는 소년 헨리는 기숙 음악학교에 도착하고, 동급생들에게 따돌림을 당하지만, 오르간에 매혹되어 현실을 잊는다. 그러나 선생님들이 헨리의 재능에 관심을 갖기 시작하자 그를 괴롭히던 아이들은 이를 놓치지 않고, 그 중에서도 특히 에릭은 학교의 가장 촉망 받는 학생으로서의 위치가 위험해질까 봐 촉각을 곤두세운다. 그렇게 에릭과 친구들은 헨리의 삶을 지옥으로 만드는데…
