어린 신부는 평화를 위한 의식을 통해 용에게 제물로 바쳐지는 존재였다. 어느 날, 용기 있는 한 남자가 기사도를 발휘해 용을 처단했고 비로소 죽음의 의식도 끝이 났다. 세월이 흘러 용의 처단한 용의 자손 '이고르'의 결혼식 날 금지했던 의식이 시행되었고, 그 순간 어린 신부 '미라'가 용에게 잡혀간다. 동굴 속에서 탈출을 시도하는 그녀에게 어둠 속에서 말을 건네 오는 한 남자. 미라는 그에게 '아만'이라는 이름을 붙여준다. 한편, '아만'이 용이 되길 원치 않아 고립된 섬에서 고군분투하는 용의 자손이라는 사실을 알게 된 '미라'는 그를 사람처럼 살게 해주기 위해 도와주고, 그 과정에서 둘 사이에 묘한 감정이 생긴다. 어느 날 '미라'는 결국 섬에서 나가게 되고 홀로 남은 '아만'은 절벽에서 자살을 시도한다. 그 순간, 용을 부르는 어린 신부의 슬픈 노랫소리가 울려 퍼지는데...

The main character is an Opel Astra car. The car has become an integral part of every person's life. In the short stories the characters work and rest together with the Opel Astra, meet, get to know each other and fall in love, quarrel and make peace.
