도시에서 대학을 다니는 메르비는 여자친구 카타를 부모에게 소개하기 위해 오랫만에 시골 고향집을 찾는다. 때 마침 핀란드를 방문한 무슬림 정치인인 카타의 어머니는 말도 없이 집을 떠난 카타를 찾아 메르비의 고향으로 향한다. 연인의 가족이 한자리에 모이는 훈훈한 자리는 이내 정치적, 종교적 차이가 충돌하는 폭풍 전의 상태에 놓인 채, 급기야 마을의 네오나치 집단이 메르비와 카타의 가족을 위협하며 일촉즉발의 갈등은 고조된다.

All images are carefully composited according to the divine proportions. We see images poetically and metaphorically representing the beginning of mathematical innovations to the projected end of the world, the big crunch. Our observations and our learning shape the universe into being, time is a creation of our minds, laws are generated by our thoughts and conclusions.
