기계광이자 식당 동업자인 돌아이와 섭은 최신형 팔기통 투싸이클 오토바이 개발에 성공하여, 시운전에 들어가나 갖가지 법에 저촉되어 쇠고랑을 차게 된다. 절망해 있던 중 돌아이에게 보상금을 치뤄주고 고용의사를 밝히는 강미와 오토바이 클럽이 출현한다. 결국 강미와 조직간의 무서운 암투에 휘말리게 된 돌아이는 특허권의 꿈에서 깨어나 정신을 차리고 자신이 서야 할 자리를 찾는다. 돌아이는 특유의 힘과 용기를 둔버기에 싣고 일당 백의 혈전장으로 떠난다.
춘보와 봉달은 임꺽정의 부하임을 자칭하는 산적의 일원으로 있던 중, 관군의 공격을 받아 도망치게 된다. 어느 주막에서 암행어사의 옷을 훔쳐 입는다. 어사의 옷에 마패가 있는지도 모르고 양반 행세를 하다가 어느 지방의 영주에게 극진한 대접을 받는다. 그러던 중 불안해진 그들은 그 곳을 나와 진짜 암행어사를 하기로 결심하고 억울하고 힘없는 백성들을 위해 탐관오리를 혼내주고 죄없는 죄수들을 석방하고 불쌍한 주민들에게는 곡식을 나누어 주는 등 착하고 선한 일들을 해준다. 그러던 와중에 진짜 암행어사의 밀사에게 붙잡힌 춘보와 봉달은 처형직전 임꺽정에 의해 구출되어 위기를 모면한다.
여성 5인조 보컬팀 '드릴러'는 일명 밤무대 그룹이다. 이들의 매니저인 석(전영록)은 불의를 참지 못하는 성격으로 '돌아이'라는 별명을 가지고 있다. 드릴러의 공연은 술집의 거친 손님들 때문에 하루도 조용히 지나갈 날이 없다. 그러던 어느날 그룹의 일원 중 한 명이 성폭행을 당해 자살소동을 일으키는 사태가 발생하자 돌아이는 범인을 찾아내어 복수를 하고, 또 간첩의 마수에 걸려 보컬팀이 해산될 위기에 처하자 팀원들과 힘을 합쳐 위기를 극복한다.

A country bumpkin arrives to help his brother's rice business. Things get out of hand while a rival company becomes corrupt. The bumpkin, an ace martial artist, fights off the rivals. Angered, the rivals hire a martial arts expert to fight the hero, only to get beaten up himself. The expert send his teacher to hurt the hero and succeeds. The hero is sent to a temple where he learns a new style of kung fu. Now with the skills, our hero is ready to get even.
