Matt and George investigate a series of strange occurrences involving newcomers, who are found to be programmed to carry out someone's dirty work. The method by which they are brainwashed dates back to the slave ship's rebellion group, the Udara, who, we discover, Susan was a part of. Susan and George's lives are further disrupted when Buck enrols in the police academy.

When detectives Sikes and Francisco are presented with the mysterious death of an Eeno, Matt is stupefied to discover that George rudely snubs the case. He, like most newcomers, reviles the outcast Eenos. As the case unfolds, George has to reassess his prejudices, and George's family help save the city from an alien threat originating in an Eeno waste disposal facility.

It's 1999, and as the end of the millenium approaches, people are attempting to find spiritual enlightenment. But a few people want to skip all the work that entails, and a holy Tenktonese relic in the hands of a heretic is giving them a shortcut. But it's not quite as easily controlled as she says.

Sikes and Francisco are called in to a case when a mysterious young girl, who looks part Newcomer, part human, appears. Her huge, brutish counterpart tries to free her from the precinct, and their bizarre relationship turns out to be the result of a slaveship medical experiment. Meanwhile, Cathy and Matt are going to sex school, in preparation of becoming intimate, while Buck distresses his parents by his anti-human opinions.

국제적 테러리스트들의 중동방어계획의 요직에 있는 상원의원들을 하나씩 죽여나가는 암살로 워싱톤은 지옥의 악몽에 떨고있다. 엄중한 경비에도 불구하고 신비스러운 방법으로 인체에서 폭탄이 터져 또 한 명의 상원의원이 죽는다. FBI의 폭탄전문가 대니 월슨(Danny O'Neill: 피어스 브로스넌 분)은 세계 최고의 권위자로 알려져있다. 그러나 테러리스트들의 폭탄은 종래의 것과는 달라 대니는 애를 먹는다. 대니는 온갖 지식과 경험을 바탕으로 분석하자 다음 목표가 누구일 것이라는 추정을 찾아낸다. 테러리스트들은 요인의 암살에 그치지 않고 인구가 밀접한 지역도 다음 목표에 포함시키고 있다는 사실을 안 대니는 계속해서 추정지역을 뒤진다. 대니의 그런 활동으로 아내(Terry O'Neill: 리사 에일바처 분)는 남편없는 날들의 외로움을 달래기 위해 해서는 안될 사랑에 빠진다. 그 상대는 FBI의 활동을 적극 밀고있는 상원의원 프랭크 트레버스(Frank Traveres: 론 실버 분)였다. 그런데 묘한 것은 그 상원의원이 테러리스트들의 다음 목표라는 사실이었다. 아내와의 관계도, 테러리스트등의 계획도 아는 대니는 고민에 빠진다. 자신을 버리고 다른 남자의 품으로 달아난 아내와 함께 아내를 유혹한 남자까지 한꺼번에 없앨수 있는 절오의 기회다. 그러나 자신의 임무는 국가를 위해 테러리스트들의 살육을 막는 일이 급선무였다. 마지막 순간까지 대니는 결정을 내리지 못하고 방황한다.

포르노 영화를 제작하는 블루 스크린이라는 회사의 감독인 잭크 해머(Jack Hammer: 존 카페로스 분)가 축구선수라는 작품의 완성단계에서 그 영화의 여주인공 신디의 아버지 보데크에게 피습, 죽다 살아나는 사건이 생긴다. 스튜디오가 들어있는 빌딩 소유주인 스티븐 셀데스(Steven Seldes: J.T. 월쉬 분)도 협박을 받아서 변호사를 고용해서 역으로 보데크를 고소한다. 변호를 맡은 미모의 여자 변호사 TK 타큘라(T.K: 바바라 허쉬 분)는 스티븐과는 내연의 관계에 있어서 자신의 일처럼 사건을 적극적으로 다룬다. 그러던 어느날 TK는 20여 년만에 동창생을 만난다. 필라델피아의 명문 여자대학 동창으로 몇해동안 한방에서 살던 엘리(Ellie Seldes: 매리 베스 허트 분)가 보여준 사진으로 스티븐이 엘리의 남편이라는 사실을 안 TK는 세상이 무너지는 것 같았다. 다음날 밤 스티븐을 만나기 위해 찾아간 스티븐의 사무실에서 TK는 스티븐이 블루스크린의 사장이라는 사실을 알고 한번 더 배신감을 느낀다. 포르노와는 상관없고 단순히 블루 스크린은 입주자의 하나에 불과하다고 말한 스티븐은 처음부터 TK는 보덱을 추적하는 한편 엘리의 변호까지 맡게 된다. 사건 담당경관 뷰텔(Beutel: 샘 셰퍼드 분)의 도움으로 보덱을 추적하던 TK는 피습후 종적을 감췄던 잭크 해퍼를 찾아내어 범인이 스티븐의 딸 제나(Janna Seldes: 켈리 오버베이 분)라는 제보를 받는다. 과연 범인은 누구일까? TK와의 관계를 알아낸 엘리가 질투심으로 스티븐의 가슴에 칼을 꽂았을까? 아니면 잭크 해머의 말대로 스티븐의 딸 제나일까? 시간과 함께 점점 복잡하게 얽히기만 하는 수사선상에서 TK는 마지막 실오라기를 풀기위해 자신의 위험도 무릎쓰고 치닫는데.

경찰관인 칼(Carl Sanders: 보 스타 분)은 맏아들 제프(Jeff: 제프 스픽맨 분)의 잦은 반항 행위에 그를 무술 도장인 켄포에 보낸다. 도장에서 무술수련과 정신수양을 하며 몸가짐에 조심하던 제프. 그러나 도중 동생이 폭행당한데 격분, 상대를 폭행 치사하는 사건이 발생하자 아버지는 제프를 집에서 내쫓는다. 오랜 방랑 생활끝에 돌아온 제프. 그는 우선 어린 시절부터 그의 훌륭한 조언자였던 한국인 김씨(Kim: 마코 분)네 가게에 방문하나 그날밤, 제프가 산책을 나가고 없는 사이 마약거래를 거부한데 앙심을 품은 마피아 갱단들이 김의집에 침입, 그를 살해한다. 이에 제프가 죽은 김씨 아저씨의 살해범을 찾아나서지만 사건의 후에는 또다른 함정이 도사리고 있었는데.

독일 수상 후보인 폰 메츠(로버트 프로스키 분)가 히틀러(아이라 루이스 분)의 자살을 방조한 사실이 기록된 필름을 입수한 히틀러의 측근자인 스텍클러(잔 트리스카 분)는 그 필름으로 돈을 벌 수 있다는 생각에 필름을 가지고 미국으로 도망친다. 미국의 3류 영화업자인 커터만(돔 디루이즈 분)에게 거액의 돈을 받고 필름을 팔기로 한 것이다. 그러나 폰 메츠의 하수인인 그리머(폴 코슬로 분)가 필름을 갖고 있는 스텍클러즈의 뒤를 집요하게 쫓고 또 그 필름을 본 사람들은 모조리 죽이는 대 학살극을 벌인다. 왜냐하면 그 필름이 대중에게 발표되는 날엔 폰메츠가 나치당원이었음이 밝혀짐과 동시에 폰 메츠의 정치적인 생명도 끝나게 되기 때문이다. 처음엔 단순한 살인극인줄 알고 경찰에서 적극적으로 수사를 폈으나 정치적인 문제가 얽힌 사건임을 알고 경찰과 미연방수사국에서 사건을 더이상 확대하지 않고 조용히 무마시키려 한다. 그러나 정의감이 남다른 맥(진 핵크만 분)은 약간 정신적인 문제가 있는 엘리스(댄 에크로이드 분)와 함께 집요하게 사건을 추적하는데...
