카오리는 해변 리조트로 친구들과 휴가를 간다. 그곳에서 다리가 달린 괴상한 물고기를 보게 되고 물고기는 점점 더 그 수가 늘어난다. 급기야 괴상한 물고기들은 사람들을 공격하는데… 공포만화의 대가 이토 준지의 만화 속 기괴함이 생생하게 살아난다.

Tamaki's father is a researcher who studies penguins. She herself on the other hand cannot stand them though. In order to help her overcome this aversion, Minori, a Penguinoid (penguin-android) is created. However, the two are continuously getting into trouble.
