코토는 할머니의 집이었던 빈 집을 방문합니다. 정원에는 도시의 소리를 녹음해 땅에 묻고 '소리나는 무덤'을 만드는 타케라는 노인이 사는 이상한 판잣집이 있습니다. 이것은 다소 이상하지만 "시원한" 겨울의 이야기입니다.

주인공 사치는 아르바이트로 카페에서 일하고 있다. 새로운 아파트로 이사를 가서 그곳에 살던 전주인과 대화하는 장면이 나오고, 카페에서 손님을 만나는 장면이 이어진다. 어느 날 숙모가 집으로 찾아오고, 그 사실을 모르는 삼촌도 사치의 집을 방문한다. (제26회 부산국제영화제)
