Vercelio
The candidates Sandro Archila and Camilo Hernández, face each other to define who will be the next delegate in charge of the election, classification and programming of dance numbers of the local faire. After the public vote and after the private counting of the votes in the local primary school, the delegate of the vote together with the two candidates accompanied by their campaign teams, confirm that the result of the vote is a draw. With no time for another voting process they will have to find another way to elect the delegate.

Grandmother Verónica and her husband Pastor, without money, live in the rural area of the municipality of Güepsa, Santander. Her tragedies are minimal, but traversed by the history of violence in Colombia, while around her, her neighbors struggle to stay alive in the daily routine of the countryside.

Vercelio came to the funeral of his mama's neighbor. His mother is going to be alone in the countryside but Vercelio needs to go back to his work in the big city, not knowing that maybe there's a life for him in the country side where he grew up.
