Jacob Vargas Gonzalez is a filmmaker from Veracruz Mexico, graduated from the "Escuela Veracruzana de Cine Luis Buñuel". He was part of the crew on various projects including music videos. he directs his first short film The Woman of the Sea with a Star in her Sunset (2020). His next project Ojos al Sol y a la Sombra (2021) participated in the "Filmmakers Session for the First Time", "Coati Film Festival" and "Festival Cine de Miel", nominated for best screenplay at the Festival Cine de Miel .
