Screenstory
오전 7시 30분. 평범한 회사원 여성 쉔(Shawn Holloway: 셀마 블레어 분). 그러나 직장 상사이자 유부남인 연인의 변심, 다른 가정을 가진 아버지와의 불화, 키우던 물고기마저 죽는다. 이제 그녀에게 살아야 할 이유가 없다. 오전 9시 15분. 회사 업무도 뒤죽박죽, 연인 매튜(Mathew Richmond: D.W. 모펫 분)와의 완전한 이별을 깨달은 쉔은 회사 건물의 옥상으로 올라가 자살하기로 결심한다. 그 시간, 은행을 털기 위해 건물로 잠입한 찰리(Charlie Anders: 맥스 비슬리 분). 동업자 빌리(Billy: 브렌단 페어 분)는 돈을 가지고 빠져나가지만 찰리는 경찰에 쫓겨 옥상으로 올라간다. 건물에서 뛰어내리려는 쉔을 붙잡고 인질극을 벌이던 찰리. 그는 그녀에게 건물을 무사히 빠져나가 탈출할 수 있도록 도와달라고 청한다. 순순히 그에 응하는 쉔. 대가는 바로 일이 무사히 끝난 뒤 자신을 죽여달라는 것인데.
Story
Micki, Tanya and Jasmine have 24 hours to get divorced. There's just one problem...They're still single. In the tangled web that follows, Micki lassos a cowboy, Tanya acquires a rich businessman, and Jasmine finds true love in the arms of a regular guy. The result is an outrageous comedy of love, marriage and misadventure. As intelligent as it is absurd, Wedding Bell Blues pokes great fun at the twists and turns of modern love, with outstanding performances from a talented young cast, including Illeana Douglas, Paulina Porizkova and Julie Warner, it is without a doubt one of the year's most hilarious movies.
