지난 시절의 유명 앨범을 다시 녹음하기 위해 모인 세 명의 친구들. 여기엔 탱고음악의 숨겨진 영웅이자, 아르헨티나 최고의 가수 이그나시오 코르시니에 대한 추앙이 담길 것이라고 자연스레 추측된다. 그러나 마치 안개가 스며들듯 음악 속에 잠겨 있던 옛 부에노스아이레스의 핏빛 역사 또한 고집스레 모습을 드러낸다. 접근하기 어렵고, 기이한 이 안갯속에는 독재자 후안 마누엘 데 로사스(Juan Manuel de Rosas)가 있다.
