Ultraman M78 Theater Love & Peace is a 1999 anime film, featured as a double bill for Ultraman Tiga, Ultraman Dyna, & Ultraman Gaia: The Decisive Battle in Hyperspace. Set in an alternate chibi-fied version Nebula M78, where Ultramen, kaijus, chojus, aliens and robots co-exists peacefully, the entire OVA consists mostly of short gags and animated clips.

우주세기 0093, 우주 이민들을 탄압하며 지구를 계속 오염시키는 지구연방정부에 대항해 싸우는 네오지온(Neo Zion)과 이를 막으려는 지구연방 소속의 론드벨부대의 사투를 그린 작품. 이후 단역으로 밀려났던 아무로 레이와 부터 등장하지 않던 샤아 아즈나블의 재등장과 활약, 그리고 최후가 나타난다. 이 작품을 완전히 이해하기 위해서는 에서 에 이르는 많은 지식이 필요하다는 것이 이 작품의 약점이라 할 수 있다.
