어린 시절 학교에서 분신사바 놀이를 하다 친구를 잃은 만윤(신재이)은 나이가 들어서도 그 당시가 떠올라 혼란스러운 일상을 보내고 있다. 만윤의 남자친구이자 사업가인 모한(강성구)은 만윤과 친구들이 다녔던 초등학교를 사들여 철거를 하는 일을 맡게 되고, 과거 후유증에 힘들어 하는 만윤을 위해 행사를 개최한다. 행사를 즐기던 만윤과 친구들은 어둠으로 인해 길을 잃게 되고 모교에서 밤을 보내기로 한다. 하지만 이내 미스터리한 사건이 벌어지면서 일행이 하나씩 사라지기 시작하는데…
