Amanda Lee Kimmel is an American actress, model, beauty queen, and animal rights advocate who has competed in the Miss USA and Miss Earth pageants. Kimmel was the second runner-up contestant on Survivor: China, runner-up Survivor: Micronesia, and later returned for Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains where she placed ninth. 하와이 호놀룰루에서 관광객을 대상으로 다이빙 안내를 하는 세바스천(크리스 카맥)과 대니(로라 밴더부트)의 꿈은 17세기에 침몰한 보물선 산 크리스토발 호를 발굴하는 것. 돈도 장비도 없어 4년동안 허탕만 친 세바스천이지만 여전히 꿈을 좇고 있다. 그러던 어느 날, 부유한 사업가 칼턴과 그의 여자친구 아즈라가 산 크리스토발 호를 찾겠다면서 1주일 동안 다이빙 안내를 부탁하자 세바스천과 대니는 기꺼이 제안을 받아들인다. 하지만 밀매업자인 칼턴의 목적은 보물선이 아니라 그의 동료들이 연안경비대를 피해서 연안에 몰래 버린 상자 2개를 찾아내는 것이다. 칼턴은 상자를 찾으면 세바스천에게 50만 달러를 지불하겠지만, 1주일 내에 찾지 못하면 모두의 목숨이 위험해진다고 경고한다. 이에 마지못해 잠수에 나섰다가 상자 한 개를 찾아낸 세바스천과 대니는, 그 안에 담겨진 물건을 보고는 경악하는데…
