But then, Ki Sanca, a psychic who has a vendetta against Nyi Blorong, tries to attack her.

Students who come to Yogyakarta to study, also have their first taste of love and sex. Three friends, Benny, Lesmono, and Larso find this out for themselves. Benny, a ladies’ man, introduces his friends to prostitution. Lesmono is secretly in love with Indri, but she falls into the hands of Benny. Benny, who takes life very lightly, manages to smuggle Indri into his room in the lodging house. When he goes home to Jakarta, Indri is anxious because she misses her period. Lesmono helps her to find a shaman who can perform an abortion. But when she goes to see a doctor, she finds out that she is not pregnant after all. Lesmono hopes to get Indri back but his hopes vanish when Benny returns and Indri goes back to him. Attempting to represent the teenagers’ psychological state in relation to love and sex; the film only manages to be jokey and shallow.

Slamet and Paidjo is on a train to Jakarta, trying to apply for college away from their home town in Purbalingga. Staying at a boarding house with the two previous occupant, Sanwani and Poltak, they fought out of their way to get the attention of the house maid, Halimah.
Ateng’s tomfoolery saves his employer from a robbery attempt by Bagio and his gang. He succeeds as he knows Bagio’s secret fear of cats. As a result, Bagio constantly targets him especially when he recovers a diamond that Bagio wants. Then Iskak gets a job and falls in love with another servant, Supini. To secure the relationship, Ateng sends a letter Supini’s name to Iskak, and vice versa, thus creating more comedic confusion.
Christina has to deal with a corrupt bank president father, a cutthroat and backstabbing sister, an unfaithful lover and a gigolo plotting to rob the father's office.
Don Ateng Singaleon throws a party and the beautiful Dona Vivi attends and immediately gains Iskak Kreolibo’s attention. But the party is disrupted by the arrival of the Kribo tribe who want to seek revenge for an incident at the lake. One day, Papai the sailor appears and he gets along well with Dona Vivi until Iskak becomes jealous. Later, Iskak uses the Kribo tribe to help him get his way. The story itself can be considered superfluous as they merely set up the jokes for the scenes.

Ateng and Iskak try their fortune in Jakarta by working as helpers for Bagio, who makes fun of them all the time. Then, they meet Vivi and Erni whose car breaks down and they help to pull the car to their house. After getting a job from the girls, Iskak starts to dream about Erni. Iskak tells Ateng about his dream and the father overhears this. So they are both fired. But the house servant, Ardi, gives them an address of his relative, Diran, who owns a garage. They get the job and on one delivery, they meet Vivi and Erni, who brings them back to work at home, at the request of their father. There are funny musical scenes in the film, one of which features three songs in a row.
A little boy is told the tale about the development of Jakarta, when a village was divided into two, and causing the people to oppose each other. On one side, there is Anton while the other side is lead by Mahmud. Maulana, the village boy whom Anton has adopted, falls in love with Laila, the sister of Mahmud. This love affair irritates Majid, Mahmud’s right-hand man, because he has loves Laila, long before her meeting with Maulana. Maulana and Laila refuse to take sides between the two opposing sides, and try to reconcile them. But a battle is inevitable. In the end, Mahmud kills Anton; but Mahmud dies at the hand of Maulana, his future brother-in-law. Then Maulana runs to Laila’s house and confesses. Laila forgives him, but Majid cannot. He orders a boy to steal the gun of Sabeni, an informant, and he shoots Maulana with it. While the intention was to make this film a musical, it didn’t work as the “realistic world” and the “musical world” could not blend fully.
Paul Lasut
Sarah is a lounge singer who works to support her husband, Paul Lasut, a gambler. In an intersection, her car nearly runs into the car of David Panggabean, the director of a bank. The event leads to them falling in love. Lasut is shot and dies on the gambling table. Sarah thinks that Lasut dies because of the money that David gave him. Sarah avoids David, who still persistently visits her place of work. David also has problems with his work, due to his assistant. All the problems are finally resolved when David and Sarah are married.

Buang
Filled with surrealistic dream scenes, this fairy-tale-like film sees Buang, Bernardus, and Bakar, three prisoners who run away during a prison revolt. They meet Bunga, a small lonely girl whose parents are busy with work, and whose house is secluded from the neighbours. This meeting transforms the prisoners, into normal decent persons. Happy to find new friends, Bunga steals food from her house for the three new friends. The fairy tale ends when the three convicts are recaptured.
In order the get her greedy hands on some money, an evil stepmother uses black magic to destroy her stepson's relationship.
Every country deserved their own Exorcist rip-off... and here's one from Indonesia! Imbalanced old spinster Laskmi is fed up with being mocked by her niece Dewi and one day dies after a drug overdose. Laskmi then decides to fuck up Dewi's world from beyond by possessing and torturing her, plus turning her into a murderess. In a surprising development, an exorcist is eventually called in to help.
Linda gives birth to an illegitimate child from a relationship with her boyfriend, Alex, who dies in an accident. To avoid a scandal, her father asks his younger sibling to take the baby to Cirebon. Linda is then told that the baby is dead. The baby, Yatim, is treated badly by the caregiver. The caregiver steals the money sent by Linda’s father to support the baby, so Linda’s father gets angry when more money is demanded. Linda overhears the conversation and is told the truth. So Linda goes to Cirebon to pick up her child but Yatim has already run away to Jakarta to look for her. He is aimless and homeless, and becomes a shoe polisher. A children’s toy seller hears a radio broadcast looking for the missing child and advises Yatim to go meet his parent. Yatim refuses, and instead gets hit by a car. Finally, they are reunited at the hospital.

As the case with other regional area, people from the rural realm were convinced that their way of live is inadequate, so that they "need" to make it in the city, or bust. So Sabar, Tigor and Sahat went up and down their luck in order to find their desired "gold" in a strange land.

One day, she meets again with Adi who is looking for a prostitute for his friend. Offended, Eva stabs Adi. She is then sentenced to 18 years in prison. Her father and her sister, Hanifah, come to the court and give her a mukena (a kind of hijab used by female Muslims for praying) before she goes to prison.

Mysterious blind man Mata Malikat arrives in a small village and disrupts the peace, starting with killing one of the village's most respected fighters. The fighter's son then tries to avenge his death.
Nanang’s father leaves to study abroad thus Nanang and his mother live with his grandfather. Nanang is often teased by children of his age, so he prefers to play with his aunt, Lilis, who wants to be a singer. Grandfather does not approve of this, and gets angry when he finds out that Lilis will have a recording on national radio. Lilis is forbidden to sing again. But when grandfather listens to Lilis’ song on the radio, he is touched. When Nanang’s father returns, his friends stop teasing him.
Misral
After serving 10 years as punishment for carok (the practice of blood revenge with a sickle-shaped knife by the Madurese), Samsu helps his village fishermen’s co-op. Later, he resigns when he can’t get along with the investor, a beautiful rich widow, Lukitaningsih, who wants to gain personal profit from the co-op. As a result, he also quarrels with his lover, Pijah, and her father, Misral. Samsu then becomes a fisherman. Lukitaningsih tries to lure Samsu and the co-op to bull racing, which is one of Samsu’s skills. Seeing her efforts, Lukitaningsih’s driver, Dani, is envious and instigates Mahmud, against Samsu. Meanwhile, Misral and Pijah begin to understand Samsu so they change the co-op to the way that Samsu wants it to be, and they reconcile. Meanwhile, Mahmud loses the bull race and his carok challenge is answered with a friendly handshake instead.
Pracuna rules the Kingdom of Pringgodani, and is so powerful that he demands a goddess from nirvana named Dewi Supraba to be his wife. The gods have no choice but to agree to his request. Supraba then comes down to Pringgodani to trick Pracuna. When Pracuna realizes this, he is furious and threatens to invade nirvana. The gods need to find a new champion and they nominate Gatotkaca, the son of Bima (of the Pandawa clan), whose mother is Arimbi, Pracuna’s daughter.
Anwari Sudjarwadi
A naughty high school graduate, Randi, has his eyes on Maya, a beautiful girl he once wooed. So he enrolls in Padjajaran University, Bandung, where Maya studies. Slowly he manages to date her. After they are intimate, Randi receives a scholarship to Tokyo. Randi goes to Tokyo after impregnating Maya. She is confused when she has to face Randi’s parents and also her own mother (who explains that Maya is the daughter of Anwari Sudjarwadi, Randi’s father). Eventually, Maya marries Randi’s friend, the impotent Deni. Randi is called home by his parents who regret trying to use money to solve the pregnancy problem. Randi’s return leads to many misunderstandings. Apparently Randi is Anwari’s adopted son because his mother is infertile.
