가족들과 함께 캠핑 휴가를 떠난 반항기 가득한 십대의 루나. 단란한 가족의 휴일은 갑자기 나타난 괴한들로 인해 악몽으로 바뀌고 루나는 그 자리에서 부모님과 어린 여동생 모두를 잃는다. 간신히 살아나 그곳에서 도망친 루나는 괴한들의 추격을 따돌리는데 성공한다. 그리고 알게 된 진실. 루나의 아빠는 러시아의 정예 스파이였으며 자신이 알던 세계는 모두 거짓이었던 것이다. 아빠 친구 하미드의 도움으로 독일에서 탈출하려는 루나. 하지만 그 전에 미처 끝내지 못한 일을 마무리해야만 한다. 그것은 바로 가족을 죽인 범인들을 찾아내 복수를 해야 하는 것. 루나는 이 상황을 잘 헤쳐나갈 수 있을까?

끔찍한 사고로 부모의 죽음을 눈앞에서 목격하게 된 ‘제시카’. 함께 있던 동생 ‘소피’를 사건 현장에서 구한 ‘제시카’는 앞으로도 평생 함께하며 지켜주겠다는 다짐을 한다. 하지만 ‘제시카’의 이러한 약속은 안전에 대한 과도한 편집증과 동생 ‘소피’를 향한 지나친 집착으로 이어진다. 20년 후, 부모를 죽인 범인들이 출소하지만, ‘제시카’는 ‘소피’를 홀로 남겨둔 채 불의의 사고로 죽게 된다. ‘소피’는 ‘제시카’의 죽음에 대한 죄책감과 함께 자유를 느낀다. 하지만 죽은 언니 ‘제시카’의 존재가 나타나면서 매일매일 이해할 수 없는 일들이 일어나고, 언니의 죽음, 부모의 죽음에 대한 진실을 마주하기 위해 20년 전 사건을 다시 추적하던 중 충격적인 비밀을 알게 되는데…

The first part, "A New World", tells how the young German engineer Karl May comes to America and starts to work for a railway company in the Wild West. Under dramatic circumstances, he meets Apache chief Winnetou and becomes friends with him and his tribe. The Apaches give it the name Old Shatterhand. Together they fight now against the unscrupulous henchmen of the railway company, who wants to lay a route through the Indian area.

During an emergency landing on a deserted island suddenly traumatized by antiauthoritarian education Lena Schneider (Josefine Preuss) together with the Turkish Super Macho Cem Öztürk (Elyas M'Barek) must fight for survival. 독일에서 기자로 활동하던 파울은 모스크바에 있는 타블로이드 잡지사에 새로이 부임하게 된다. 그의 새로운 아이디어와 능력으로 단 시간내에 회사에서 인정 받는 기자로 부각되고 러시아 정치운동가인 카트야를 만나 사랑에 빠지게 된다. 어느 날 카트야로부터 정치적인 기사를 실어 달라는 요청을 받아 자칫 민감할 수 있는 기사를 싣게 되고 그로 인해 상상치 못한 시련이 닥치게 된다. 러시아의 암울한 정치 세계를 파헤친 은 1999년 모스크바에서 벌어진 테러사건을 배경으로 한다. 자칫 너무 무거워질 수 있는 정치적인 소재를 훌륭한 스릴러로 변모시킨 은 정치를 소재로 한 그 어떤 작품에 견주어도 빠지지 않을 만큼 견고하고 훌륭하다. 특히 미스터리를 풀어가는 과정이나 간간이 나오는 액션 등 오락성에 있어서 관객들이 즐길 수 있는 많은 요소들이 갖춰져 있다. 할리우드 액션 스릴러와는 또 다른 재미를 선사할 은 이런 류의 작품을 즐기는 관객들에게 좋은 선물이 될 것이다. 줄거리고교 교사인 벵어는 자신이 원하던 무정부주의 수업 대신 프로젝트 수업으로 전체주의 수업을 맡게 된다. 전체주의의 여러 모습을 수업시간에 적용하는 것을 통해 그 허구와 부정적 부분을 드러내려 한 벵어의 시도는 점차 그의 의도를 넘어서 파국으로 치닫는다.
