Enter the Samurai is a documentary film which follows the making of the feature film "Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance". It follows the film crew and artists as they deal with clashes of generations, taste and approach to sanity while attempting to complete production of the film.

This lively documentary explores the rise and fall of physical media from the origin of film all the way through the video store era into digital media, focusing on B-movie and cult films. 월남전 와중인 68년 워싱턴 근방의 포트마이어 주둔 제3보병 연대 의장대에 재키 윌로우 병장(D.B. 스위니 분)이 전입온다. 이 부대의 고참인 클렐 상사(제임스 칸 분)와 특무상사 구디(제임스 얼 존스 분)는 친구 사이로 재키가 한국전 전우의 아들임을 알고 잘 돌본다. 재키는 클렐에게 반해 사관후보학교를 졸업한 후 소위 임관과 동시에 월남 전쟁터로 떠난다. 소꼽 친구 레이첼(매리 스튜어트 매스터슨 분)과 결혼한 직후였다. 귀국 3주를 남겨두고 재키는 전사하고 알링턴 국립묘지에 묻힌다. 군인은 모름지기 전장에 있어야 한다고 재키를 부추겼던 클렐은 미국은 전사자를 극진히 장례 지내는 걸로 할 일 다한 걸로 자부할 게 아니라 전사자에 대한 바른 평가를 해줘야 한다며 오열한다.

1921년, 좀도둑질을 일삼던 누들스는 친구들과 함께 밀수품 운반 일을 하며 돈을 벌어들인다. 누들스 무리에 위협을 느낀 벅시는 누들스의 친구를 죽이고, 분노한 누들스는 벅시를 살해한 후 감옥에 들어가게 된다. 1932년, 출소한 누들스는 어린 시절 첫사랑 데보라와 밀주 사업으로 크게 성공한 맥스를 다시 만나지만, 금주법 철폐로 밀주 사업도 위기를 맞는다. 맥스는 누들스에게 연방준비은행을 털 것을 제안하지만 누들스는 거절한다. 1968년, 베일리 재단 파티에 초대 받은 누들스는 재단 창립 기념 사진 속에서 데보라를 발견하고 그녀를 찾아가는데...
