어린 시절에 카와시마 켄이 모토키, 린, 유키, 미유 등 4명의 친구들과 함께 놀이 공원에 갔는데 어른들 몰래 유령의 집에 들어갔다가 유키가 실종되고 그 이후 어머니가 돌아가셔서 멀리 전학을 간 뒤, 그로부터 10년 후 어른이 된 뒤에 옛날 친구들인 모토키, 린과 재회했다가 10년 전에 실종됐던 유키가 10년 후의 성장한 모습으로 다시 나타나면서 시작되는 이야기. 켄 일행이 어른이 된 10년 후가 현재의 시간으로, 10년 전에 죽었던 유키가 다시 나타나고 그녀를 병원에 데려다 줬다가 어린 시절 큰 사고가 생겼던 귀신의 집 "전율미궁"에 다시 들어가면서 벌어지는 게 주된 내용
