살아 있는 좀비를 게임하듯 사냥할 수 있는 리조트가 많은 인기를 얻고 있다. 인간을 좀비로 만드는 무서운 크로모신 A형 바이러스로 인해 살아있는 사람과 좀비와의 처절한 전쟁으로 20억 인구가 사라지게 된다. 몇몇의 살아남은 좀비들을 단순한 슈팅게임을 하듯 사냥할 수 있는 리조트가 등장하고 여러가지 이유로 좀비 사파리가 가능한 리조트에 온 방문객들은 게임을 하듯 좀비 사냥을 하며 좀비들에 대한 분풀이를 할 수 있었다. 그러던 중 보안 시스템의 오작동으로 인해 갇혀 있던 좀비들이 풀려나고 이번엔 거꾸로 좀비들이 인간들을 닥치는 대로 사냥하기 시작한다.

1942년 1월 20일, 미국이 세계 2차 대전에 참전한다는 소식과 함께 독일의 나치는 베를린 외곽의 한 별장에서 유럽에 거주하는 유태인들의 운명을 결정지을 비밀 회의를 한다. 히틀러의 직접 명령으로 나치의 친위대 라인하트 하이드리히 장군(케네스 브래너)이 주재한 반세 회의에는 독일의 고위급 관리들이 대거 참여했으며 이 곳에서 논의된 내용은 절대로 외부에 알려져서는 안 된다는 약속들을 참여자들로부터 받아낸다. 이들은 추후에 유태인 대학살로 알려진 유태인 수용 문제를 해결하기 위해서 모였으며, 그 방법론에 있어서는 의견의 차이를 보였으나 유태인들을 전부 몰살함으로서 그 문제를 해결한다는 데에는 전부 찬성하였고 결국 수백만 명의 유태인들의 운명은 1시간 남짓 되는 이들의 모임에서 결정되고 만 것이다. 뉘른베르크 법안을 창안한 스투카르트 박사(콜린 퍼스)는 이 유태인 처리문제에 이의를 제기하나 묵살 당하며 은근한 협박에 의해 결국 지지를 표명하게 되는데...

This is a true crime story based on the book of the same title by prosecuting attorney, Vincent Bugliosi. (Bugliosi is the L.A. prosecutor that put Charles Manson away.)
