1892년, 블로커는 남북전쟁 이후, 서부 개척시대 미군의 베테랑 지휘관이다. 미합중국이 서부에 대한 지배권을 넓혀가는 과정에서 아메리카 원주민들과 수많은 전투를 벌인다. 미군에 블로커가 있었다면, 아메리카 원주민에게는 옐로 호크 추장이 있었다. 그는 샤이엔 족의 부족장이자 뛰어난 전사였다. 그러나 결국 고향에서 쫓겨났을 뿐 아니라, 가족과 함께 미군의 포로가 되었으며 늙고 병들어갔다. 1892년, 아메리칸 원주민과의 공존을 고민하던 미합중국 정부는, 병약해진 옐로 호크와 그의 가족을 몬타나 주에 있는 샤이엔 부족의 성지로 돌려보내기로 한다. 그리고 그를 무사히 호송하는 임무를 블로커에게 맡겼다. 처음에 블로커는 거절했지만, 상부의 명령을 어길 수 없었다. 그렇게 목숨을 걸고 싸우던 두 전쟁 영웅의 여정이 시작된다. 그들은 뉴멕시코에서 몬타나로 가는 긴 여정에서 코만치 부족이나, 떠돌이 도적 떼와 맞서야 한다. 그러면서 블로커는 자신의 신념에 대해 다시 생각하게 된다.

원치 않는 결혼이나 아동 노동 같은 세상의 부조리함과 맞닥뜨린 각기 다른 나라에 살고 있는 아홉 소녀의 이야기. 그러나 이 용감한 소녀들은 각기 직면한 장애물을 딛고 ‘교육’을 통해 굳건한 장벽을 넘어서서 세상을 향한 도전을 계속해나가는 모습을 보여준다. (2013년 제7회 여성인권영화제) 빈곤, 자연재해, 3세부터 시작되는 노예 노동, 물물 거래와 같은 결혼, 가족과 남자 형제를 위한 희생...... 특별할 것 없는 이유로, 또 영화에 언급되지 않는 다양한 이유로 소녀들은 여성으로 태어난 순간 ‘숙명’과도 같은 인생을 강요받는다. 그러나 소녀들이 ‘변화’하기 시작한다. 앤 해서웨이, 매릴 스트립 등 유명인의 나레이션이 불편한 사족으로 느껴질 정도로 매력적인 9명의 소녀들은 ‘교육’을 통해 인생의 주체성을 획득하려 한다. 이 용감하고 재기발랄한 소녀들의 도전은 숙연한 마음이 들 정도로 성스럽고 위대하다. 소녀들이여, 구경꾼일 필요가 있는가? 일어서라. 바로 지금이다.

Ajay (Siddharth) comes to Kasi, where his thoughts and ideas on life and death undergo a sea change after he meets a young boy. He relocates to Chennai and stays in a house owned by a couple S V S Murthy (Mouli) and Jayam (Geetha). They treat him as their own son. A do-gooder, Ajay with his jovial nature wins the heart of all those whom he comes across. Vidya (Nithya Menen), a photo journalist meets Ajay and falls for his good nature. Ajay with the help of Vidya even gets street children obtain sponsorship for their education. But things take a turn when Vidya expresses her love to Ajay. He quietly walks off the place and decides to leave Chennai. But a rude accident to Vidya puts the responsibility on Ajay's shoulders to get her back to health. He takes her to USA for a surgery. Meanwhile a flashback reveals that Ajay was a successful doctor in the United States and who led a happy life.

A young man falls in love with a girl but has to keep lying to make her happy. Unable to continue, he tells her that it cannot go on and breaks up with her.

Five children enter a haunted house and find an old woman. She promises to tell them six scary stories that they won't be able to handle.

A struggling middle-class couple is trying to adjust to life in modern-day Bombay, but the unexpected appearance of someone changes things completely.
