전대미문 비공개 테러 진압 작전 ‘콜드 워’가 종료된 후 모든 사건이 해결된 줄만 알았던 홍콩에서 또 한 번 희대의 납치사건이 발생했다. 범인의 요구는 바로 이전 테러범 리지아쥔(펑위옌)의 석방. 경찰 처장 라우(곽부성)는 범인의 협박에 따라 움직이다 함정에 빠져 리지아쥔을 놓치고 만다. 라우는 결국 ‘콜드 워 조사 위원회’에 회부되고, 그 곳에서 동료였던 전 경찰 부처장 리원빈(양가휘)과 첨예한 신경전을 벌이며 경찰 내부 조직을 의심하기 시작한다. 한편, ‘콜드 워 조사 위원회’에 합류하여 사건의 조사를 맡은 변호사 오스왈드(주윤발)는 경찰 내부 뿐만 아니라 더 큰 배후 세력이 존재함을 직감하고 그들의 뿌리를 파헤치게 되는데…

Weslie and his crew discover an evil mechanical dragon who defeats Wolffy as he was attempting to capture the goats, but a series of good dragons rescue Weslie and the goats. The good dragons say that evil dragons have taken over their world, and they need the help of the goats.

The movie is about a young girl named Yishu who believes she has no luck at all and she blames her name for it. One day she starts receiving phone calls from people thinking that she is the popular singer Tianyou. It turns out that someone has leaked 600 phone numbers of famous people to the internet and Yishu's phone number got mixed up in the bunch. She finds it annoying at first but soon she receives a text message from Xiaowen, who is the singer in an amateur rock band. He wishes to write a song for Tianyou and wants Yishu -who he thinks is Tianyou's assistant- to deliver the song to Tianyou. Tianyou is a popular singer, but hasn't had a hit number lately. Because of this she gets pressured by her cruel agent into recording an album that she doesn't want to record, because it doesn't contain any good songs. This decision gets her into a lot of trouble...

In McDull, the Alumni, our protagonist has grown up. He is no longer the little boy who banters with his mates at school. How he wishes he could just go on bantering all day long with his mates at the renowned Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten. But that is not to be. Like all grown-ups, he has to grapple with harsh reality. McDull and his mates are scattered all over the place. Each one of them has to find his or her own path. In each of their hearts, they know they have failed. Meanwhile, life goes on in the kindergarten. Someone strums a guitar and the pupils chime in to the song: Puff the magic dragon, lives by the sea… A dragon lives forever, but not so little boys. With hindsight, McDull believes this could well be the maxim of the Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten alumni.
