An adaptation of the Mahabharata is mainly told through the eyes of the Kaurava prince Duryodhana & gives insights on how Duryodhana, who could have been one of the greatest warriors and rulers, ends up being manipulated, and eventually meets an untimely end.

Surya, a boy belonging to a big family of the town, moves out of the house when ignored by his father Rajivappa. However, after a few years, he comes back to rescue his land against Babu, an evil man.

Ravana Desam is an tamil dramtic movie written, directed and acted in by Ajay Nuthakki. The others in the cast are Jennifer (heroine), Allu Ramesh, Santhosh, Koutalya, Bharathi Rao, Serisha and Prabhakar. The camera has been handled by V.K. Ramraj, R. Sivan has scored the music, Karthika Srinivas has edited the film and P.S. Varman has taken care of art direction.

Tananam Tananam (Kannada: ತನನಂ ತನನಂ) is a 2006 Indian Kannada romantic musical drama film directed and written by Kavitha Lankesh. The film introduces Shaam, a Tamil actor, to Kannada cinema along with Ramya and Rakshita teaming up together for the first time, in the lead roles. The film was produced by N. M. Suresh and based on a Tamil short story written by Kalki. The film released on 24 November 2006. The film won two Filmfare Awards in Best Actress and Best Lyricist categories. Noted violinist L. Manasaakshi (transl. Conscience) is a 1977 Indian Telugu-language social film, directed by Parvataneni Sambasiva Rao. It stars Krishna Ghattamaneni, Bharathi Rao, Kongara Jaggayya, Kantha Rao, and Sowcar Janaki, with music composed by J.V. Raghavulu.

Sri Krishnadevaraya is a 1970 Indian historical drama film in Kannada language, produced and directed by B. R. Panthulu. Mehrban is a 1967 Hindi language film written and directed by A. Bhimsingh. It is a remake of Bhimsingh's own Tamil film Padikkadha Medhai (1960) which itself was a remake of the 1953 Bengali film Jog Biyog, based on the novel of the same name by Ashapoorna Devi.

The film encompasses the story of Daksha yajna. It depicts how the daksha yajna was desecrated following the jumping into the fire by Lord Shiva's wife Dakshayani. Following this, Lord Shiva marries Goddess Parvati. Later, the Devatas Shiva, Ganga, Gowri all take birth as avatars on earth in the city of Kashi. Eventually, Shiva, Gowri and Ganga all get married in their earthly avatars.

Nadodi is another successful film of MGR directed by Bhanthulu. MGR & Saroja Devi excellently performed as blind in this movie. The movie contains all popular songs as Androru Naal, Kadavul Seitha Paavam , Naadu Athai Naadu, Thirumbi Vaa, Rasikkathane Indha Azhagu. The good screenplay makes us to enjoy the movie with great performance.
