비행기에서 내릴 때 수지의 남편은 어느 여자로부터 인형을 보관해 달라는 부탁을 받는다. 그 여자는 곧 사라진다. 사실은 그 여자는 자신의 파트너인 해리 로트 몰래 이 인형 속에 밀수된 마약이 숨겨 놓은 것이었다. 해리 로트는 그녀의 배신을 알고난 뒤, 그녀를 살해하고 시체를 수지의 아파트에 남겨놓는다. 그리고는 마이크와 칼리노 등 2인조를 시켜, 최근에 시력을 잃은 수지에게 접근해 인형이 숨겨진 곳을 알아내려 한다. 수지는 위기상황으로 몰린다.
