Two themes arise from the story, themes that are interlocked: the theme of love and of man's eternal submission to traditional symbols. The director Živko Nikolić continues his movie saga of human nature. Both themes develop the mythical idea of temptation. It is basic human relation: from the intimate to the families' vying with each other.

선천적인 피부병으로 햇빛을 비롯한 그 어떤 빛도 접촉하지 않고 살아가야 하는 릭은 헌신적인 아버지의 보살핌 속에서 청년으로 성장하지만 언제나 얼굴까지 철저히 가리는 검은 전신 가죽옷을 입은 채 자신의 얼굴이 어떻게 생겼는지조차 모르고 살아간다. 릭과 그의 아버지는 병을 고칠 수 있는 약을 찾아 전세계를 돌아다니던 중 유고의 작은 해변마을에 자리를 잡는다. 그곳에서 릭의 희귀한 병을 고칠 수 있는 민간요법에 의한 약을 구하지만 그 약의 효험은 3일 밖에 가지 못한다는 사실을 알게 된다. 한 편 머나먼 타국 땅에서 고향을 그리워하던 릭은 그곳에 순회공연차 머물고 있는 미국인 연극배우 프랜시스를 알게 되고 그녀에게 사랑을 느낀다. 프랜시스 역시 릭의 고통을 이해하며 둘은 사랑에 빠지게 되고 릭은 결심한다. 단 3일 동안 만이라도 자유롭게 태양 아래서 사랑을 하며 살아보리라고. 3일 간의 자유가 릭의 남은 인생에 치명적인 것이 될 수도 있음을 안 아버지 월터는 릭이 약에 의존해 3일간 빛에 노출되는 것에 강력히 반대하지만 릭은 3일 후에 죽는다 해도 운명이 만들어 놓은 감옥에서 3일간의 휴가를 떠나기로 결심한다. 드디어 검은 가죽 옷을 벗어던진 릭은 마음 속으로 기적이 일어나기를 희망하며 3일 간의 자유를 만끽한다. 따뜻하고 눈부신 햇빛과 부드러운 바람, 그리고 사랑스런 프랜시스와의 달콤한 순간들. 난생 처음 자신의 얼굴을 거울로 보기도 하고 사랑하는 아버지에게 생일파티를 선사하며 진정한 삶을 살아본 릭. 약속된 3일이 지난 뒤 그의 피부는 다시 빛에 민감한 반응을 보이기 시작하고 릭은 가족과 연인에게 3일 간의 기억을 남긴 채 몰래 오토바이를 타고 그들을 떠나는데...

The Kosovo region of Yugoslavia near the Albanian border is the scene of political unrest and a modern Romeo and Juliet romance in this satirical political drama. A film director (Meto Jovanovski) gathers information for his documentary about the Serbs being forced to depart by Albanian Moslems. As the region heads towards ethnic warfare, the young Albanian woman Nadira (Sonja Jacevska) falls in love with the Serbian Miloljub (Cedo Arobabic). He is captured and castrated, and the private lives of Milobjub and Nadira become part of the director's story in his film. He must answer to the financiers and producers who believe his film was to be a comedy. The events foreshadow a long and bloody conflict between two factions, a battle that has not abated in the ten years since this film's initial release.

In an industrial town one business firm stands out with good management. A young married couple live alone in the Montenegrian mountains and work hard to make ends meet. Their ordinary life is interrupted by various different characters who pass by their home, and serve as a temptation, both carnal and spiritual, which threatens to corrupt the woman's innocent soul. Each new visitor is a threat of sorts and gradually she becomes suspicious towards the world and the unknown.

Small village farmers grow tobacco which they are forced to sell to the government for next-to-nothing prices. This repeats with Italians during the WW2, and with the communists after the war. Boiling point is getting high.

A journalist lives his smooth citizen life, married to a woman from respected family. But, conflicts with manager at work are becoming more often, his marriage is unstable and the outer manifestation of all this is a strange skin disease. The consequences of this encounter are beneficial. Capable to love again, he gets his moral strength, and disease retreats. He breaks off his contacts with his wife's family and with "petit bourgeois" of his former life, confronts his boss and wins, realizing that this is only a first victory which has straightened him up.

This movie explores the difficulties faced by a Communist Party organizer under that regime when an order goes out to kill anyone threatening the current regime. At first he is willing to leave the country, but his experience of the situation of workers moves him to stay. Despite efforts of captors to help him escape, he refuses, and dies a martyr's death.

At the beginning of the war the Germans come to the mine Trepca in Kosovo and occupy it. Communist Party and the workers do not agree with that and under constant repression, beginning small diversions, which will be transferred in the conquest and liberation of the entire mine.

Two best friends, former Partisans, must face new challenges after the war.

Life of a farmer, a clash between two warring race, then the conflict between the government and farmers for cutting the national forests needed to build new schools and the presence of a young teacher who doubt the search for truth, that will lead to major conflicts and tragedies.

In order to check the German offensive, Partizans send an elite team of explosive experts to blow up a strategically important bridge. Besides being heavily guarded, that bridge is almost indestructible and the only man who knows weak spots in the construction is the architect who built it. He is, however, reluctant to cooperate because he doesn't want to see his masterpiece destroyed.

Lado Tajovic, a student, is charged by the communist party to go to his home in the Montenegrin Mountains, to illegally spread the liberation movement's propaganda. Alone, surrounded by enemies, always awake and ready to evade traps and ambushes, Lado fights on the verge of sleep, against people which are cowards ready to betrayal. He fights his own temptations, hallucinations that constantly besiege him. Although he perseveres in holding to party directives: no killing and no revenge, Lado at one moment of weakness falls to a primal human act vengeance.

October 20, 1944, Belgrade was liberated by Red Army and Tito's partisans. But the capital of Yugoslavia is still fraught with danger - retreating aggressor mined the city . A special partisan squad goes into underground maze of tunnels to find and disarm explosives which are still guarded by SS special forces.
