From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Bob Logan, AKA Bobby Logan, is an American film and television producer, writer & director. His productions include Repossessed, Meatballs 4 Up Your Alley and Yard Sale. Prior to working in feature films and television, Logan wrote comedy material for comics including: Joan RiversCitation Needed, Garry ShandlingCitation Needed, Rodney Dangerfield Citation Needed, Sam Kinison Citation Needed and Arsenio Hall Citation Needed. Besides writing and directing, he also teaches aspiring filmmakers how to make their own low-budget feature films via his "1-Day $99 Film School." Among the school's graduates is Apple co-creator, Steve Wozniak Citation Needed. Logan's website announced in 2005 that he is developing a feature film version of the 1960s TV series "F Troop" for production in the summer of 2012. Logan currently is executive producer and director of the MTV Tr3s comedy series 'Mis Videos Locos' starring Paul Rodriguez. Harley and Renee Atwater, both in their early 30s, on a warm, sunny, Saturday morning, as they are preparing their "Yard Sale." The reason for the yard sale is simple In two days their divorce will be final and, at their mediator's suggestion, they've decided to sell all of the possessions they've acquired during their 11-year marriage and split the profits. And during the constant haggling with buyers over the dozens of items that Harley and Renee are selling, the items often lead to "flashbacks" of incidents that occurred earlier in the couple's marriage,giving us a unique insight into how and why their relationship spiraled downward, ultimately leading to their pending divorce and this unique "Yard Sale."

시카고 캘리포니아 대학, 메이아 신부는 수많은 학생들 앞에서 17년전 악령에 씌운 한 소녀를 구해줬던 기억을 되살리며 세미나의 주제를 발표한다. 단란한 가정의 주부 낸시는 텔레비젼 화면을 보다가 악령에 씌어 발악을 하고 급기야는 악마가 메이아 신부에게 까지 옮겨가게 된다. 한편 상업성에 눈이 먼 부부 텔레비젼 전도사는 공포의 악령을 팔아 돈을 벌기 위해 엑소시즘의 필요성을 강조하며 ＇어니스트와 화니의 심야 엑소시즘＇이라는 텔레비젼의 생중계를 제안한다. 이에 시청자들은 경악하고, 결국 메이아 신부는 포박, 기도, 성수, 몽둥이질, 로큰롤까지 동원하여 악령을 쫓아내는데 성공한다. 그리고 세미나의 주제 발표가 끝날 무렵 낸시가 등장하여 이야기속의 주인공이 사실을 확인시켜 준다.
