'검은 튤립'의 죽음에 기뻐하던 귀족들은 파리에서 바스티유감옥이 점령되었다는 것과 혁명이 일어났다는 것을 알게 된다. 그리고 그 순간 쥘리앙이 나타나 '검은 튤립'이라고 자처하고 그 도시의 감옥에 갇혀 있던 죄수들도 풀어준다.
