서커스단에서 일하는 부부는 생활이 불편해지자 딸 실비아와 제니를 한 미망인의 집에 몇주간 맡겨두기로 한다. 많은 아이들을 키우며 살고 있는 미망인은 돈이 절실히 필요했고 자매를 맡아주는 댓가로 그의 부모에게 얼마의 돈을 받기로 한다. 자매를 거둔 후 처음에는 자신의 자식들과 같이 잘 대해주었지만 그녀는 정신상태가 온전치 못한 상태였고, 또한 보살피는 댓가의 돈이 늦어지자 자매에게 매질을 하기 시작한다. 한편, 미망인의 첫째딸은 원치않는 임신 사실을 울며 실비아에게 털어놓는다. 하지만 실수로 실비아가 아이 아빠에게 그 말을 전하게 되고, 이에 앙심을 품은 첫째딸은 미망인에게 실비아에 대한 좋지 않은 말을 꾸며내 이른다. 이때부터 미망인은 실비아에게 점점 잔인하게 학대를 하기 시작한다. 하지만 그것을 지켜보는 그녀의 아이들은 그러한 학대가 나쁘다는 것을 인식하지 못할 뿐더러 학대에 동참하는데...

Billy Collier is a photographer working on a series of pictures featuring recreations of movie kisses, with drag queens playing the female roles. For his male model, he hires Gabriel, a young waiter on whom he has developed a serious crush. While Billy is openly gay, Gabriel says that he is straight and even claims to have a girlfriend. However, as they spend more time together and grow closer, Billy becomes increasingly unsure that this is true.

Viva Diva is a road trip movie, centering on Rozene and Diva, as they make their way down to Guadalajara for gender reassignment surgery. Rozene stops in on her father to try to get answers about their fractured relationship, but drama stands in the way of her getting the closure that she seeks.
