Milly is annoyed whenever her mom tells her to behave more appropriate for a girl. She's just not interested in fancy dresses or prom dances. Some day her best friend's little brother offers her a potion which can make her deepest wish come true during a solar eclipse. She goes through with it and ends up with male genitals, additionally. So she has to decide if she wants to life as boy or girl. Her father, who always wanted a son, supports her in checking out life as a boy. Hence Milly changes school and starts out as Willy.

A former boxer known as Old Leather Face opens a nightclub called the Zoo, which does not do a good business. A group of homeless teenagers want to rent the place and start what they hope will be a profitable business, but a gang threatens to shut it down. Old Leather Face accepts the teenagers offer and becomes involved with trying to help them succeed.

토요일 밤 9시 극장 뒤편 주차장에서 라이벌 그룹의 리더 파코(Paco Moreno: 에사이 모라레스 분)가 다량의 마약을 흑인에게 팔아넘긴다는 정보를 입수한 믹(Mick O'Brien: 숀 펜 분)은 현금을 빼앗기 위해 즉각 권총을 구입한다. 범행이 진행되는 줄도 모르고 끔찍히 믹을 사랑하는 동급생 애인 J.C.(J.C. Walenski: 알리 쉬디 분). 믹은 체포 수감되고 상상을 초월한 형무소 생활이 시작된다. 그곳에서 믹은 지도원의 도움으로 자신의 삶을 되찾기 위해 노력하는데, 한편 믹에 의해 차에 치어 동생을 잃은 파코는 복수를 위해 J.C를 폭행하고 이 사실을 안 믹은 끓어오르는 분노를 참지 못한다. 결국 파코 역시 같은 수감원에 들어오면서 둘 사이엔 폭발직전의 신경전이 벌어지고, 믹은 소년원에서 나가기 위해 더이상 문제를 일으키지 않으려고 파코의 의도적인 시비를 참아 넘긴다. 그러던 중 파코는 다른 소년원으로 이감되게 되자, 이송 전날 감독관을 가두고 믹에게 덤벼든다. 믹 역시 자신의 목숨을 구하기 위해 필사적으로 달려드는 파코와 마지막 한판승을 벌이는데...
