Though they begin their stay on the couch, Bridget Jones style, they need to quickly establish a plan of action as their guys have just arrived in town begging for a second chance. However, to regain the sisters' trust, they will have to atone for their sins and win their hearts again. Will they make it?

Krzysiek Biuro Rzeczy Osobistych Theater (created by intellectually disabled actors) is the winner of a festival, in which the prize is a performance in a professional theater. With great joy and expectations, Krzysiek and his actors are currently working on a new play "Zorba." It would be great to perform it on a real stage. It turns out, however, that the director of the theater, when offering them assistance, sets certain conditions, and when rehearsals begin, a few professional actors take part: Bartoszek - an aging actor, Olbińska - a former star who now plays lesser roles, and Wiktoria - a star who was acquired by the theater director.

She helps him to sober up and arranges holiday celebration for two of them. She gives her son another yellow scarf, in belief that it will help him break the pernicious habit.

전쟁 중인 1949년 뉴욕을 배경으로 한다. 부인과 아이들이 나치에 의해 죽은 주인공 헤르만이 자신의 목숨을 구해준 하녀 야드위가와 결혼을 하게 된다. 야드위가는 헤르만을 위해서 헌신적이고, 헤르만은 그런 그녀에게 연민의 정을 느낀다. 그러나 헤르만은 유태인 수용소에서 살아 남은 정부 마샤와도 사랑을 즐기고,마샤 역시 결혼을 한 여자지만 헤르만과 헤어질 수 없는 사이가 된다. 어느날 헤르만이 야드위가에게 놀러가자고 하자 열심히 바닥에 엎드려서 걸레질을 하고 있는 야드위가는 기뻐한다. 해변의 유원지에서 헤르만의 어깨에 기대 솜사탕을 먹고 풍선 터트리기를 하면서 아주 즐거워하는 야드위가는 헤르만에게 행복하다며 유태인이 되고 싶다고 말한다. 두 사람이 이렇게 즐거워하는 동안 죽은 줄만 알았던 헤르만의 부인 탐아라가 뉴욕에 나타난다. 헤르만은 전부인과 만난 기쁨과 현제의 마샤, 야드위가의 두 여자 사이에서 심한 갈등을 한다. 함께 여행을 떠난 마샤가 헤르만에게 결혼을 하지 않으면 떠나겠다고 말해 결국 두 사람은 결혼을 하게 되고 헤르만은 세 부인을 갖게 된다. 한 여인에게 안주하지 못하고 방황을 하는 헤르만은 영화에선 다소 코믹하게 묘사하며 결국 그가 세 여자에게서 모두에게서 떠나면서 영화는 끝을 맺는다.

프랑스 혁명이 민중혁명의 국면에 접어들고 과거 혁명세력이 주도권을 잡은 이후, 로베스 삐에르의 공포정치가 혁명을 압도하는상황을 배경으로 하고 있다. 이때 벌어지는 당통과 로베스 삐에르의 대립은 정치적, 이념적 갈등, 그리고 혁명의 자기파괴적 달레마와 모순의 문제를 내포한 것이다. 당통은 로베스 삐에르가 혁명의 이름으로 혁명을 파괴하고, 또한 독재를 경계한다고 하면서도 실제로 독재로 가고 있다고 공격한다. 따라서 국민의 적은바로 혁명정부이며, 이 정부를 이끄는 공공안전위원회의 테러리즘과 전체주의가 혁명을 배반하는 것이라 비난한다. 반면 로베스 삐에르는 중산 계급을 중심으로 시민의 우상이 되고 있는 당통을 처형한 후에 남는 것은 오로지 공포정치 밖에 없음을 알면서도, 당통에 대한 재판에 질 경우 혁명은 끝이 난다는 위기감 때문에 당통은 반혁명자로 처형할 것을 결심하기에 이른다. 당통은 관용과 평화와 정의를 주장하는 자신의 희생이 마침내 민중의눈을 뜨게할 것이라 스스로 믿고 처형 후에 자신의 잘려진 머리를 민중드르에게 보여줄 것을 당부하였지만 민중은 그의 뜻에 따르지 않았다. 로베스 삐에르는 그의 처형 순간 혁명이 잘못돼가고 있음을 자인하지만....

This heroic story follows the life of Karol Wojtyla, a Polish Roman catholic who ascends the throne of St. Peter as Pope John Paul II. As a young boy, Karol is a bright and talented student. Archbishop Sapieha recognizes the very special, moving qualities Karol possesses and encourages him to consider the priesthood. Although determined to study Polish literature, Karol turns to the church; he is ordained and studies in Italy, France, and Belgium. Torn by fear and repression in post-Stalin Eastern Europe, Karol becomes a poisonous thorn in the communists' side. His deer reverence and commitment return him to Poland as Pope John Paul II.

Ewa is a reporter. Using her feminine charms and other means she is trying to become a journalist on a Warsaw weekly popular magazine. She hopes to become political interviewer of personalities and state leaders. On her way up the ladder she trips over one of her own shoestrings and falls short of the goal she has been pursuing so fanatically.

The main character in this effective, convincing drama is Witold (Tadeusz Bradecki) who is high in what later would be termed the "emotional quotient" or the ability to bounce back from adverse, tragic circumstances. Witold has been nursing both his sick mother and a deeply rooted desire to climb the Himalayas. His father had died climbing in those mountains, and they have an allure for Witold as well. But his dreams begin to crumble when his mother succumbs to her illness and trouble brews at work. The situation becomes bad enough to scramble Witold's life with no indication of future improvement.
