Formed in Australia in 1973 by brothers Angus and Malcolm Young, AC/DC are considered pioneers of heavy metal. They are one of the highest grossing bands of all time. Backtracks is a boxed set by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It was announced on 29 September 2009 and was released on 10 November 2009. This is a collection of the band's studio and live rarities together in one box-set. All tracks have been remastered to match the sound of the 2003 album remasters and many songs appear on CD for the first time. It is the band's second box set of rarities, following the Bonfire release in 1997.

On February 19th, 1980 one of the greatest Rock´n´Roll singers of all times died: Ronald Belford Scott. 'Ride on Bon' contains very rare live footage of the biggest Hard-rock band in music history and will drive true AC/DC fans crazy.

Molson Canadian Rocks for Toronto was a benefit rock concert that was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on July 30, 2003. It was also known as "Toronto Rocks,""Stars 4 SARS," "SARSStock,","SARSfest," "SARS-a-palooza," the "SARS concert," or, more descriptively, "The Rolling Stones SARS Benefit Concert." Estimated to have between 450,000 and 500,000 people attending the concert, it is the largest outdoor ticketed event in Canadian history, and one of the largest in North American history.

This DVD show from Munich, Germany was filmed at Circus Krone 2003 and this disc only available on the Deluxe Edition.

AC/DC live at the Golders Green Hippodrome In London, England. With Bon Scott, this is AC/DC at one of their best times! Filmed by the BBC on October 27th 1977 for "Sight & Sound In Concert" and broadcast on 29 October 1977. Originally shot on video, the audio used on this DVD was taken from the original video master which was in mono, so the 2.0 mix is not a 'real' stereo mix. Although issued commercially and only in Japan, this DVD can be considered a semi-official DVD, not authorized by the band or Sony, and the US release planned for February 2003 was canceled for this reason. Counterfeit copies have been released.

Live '77 is a DVD released by AC/DC in January 2003 in Japan. It was recorded live in The Golders Green Hippodrome, London, on 27 October 1977 and contains tracks recorded by the band with their former singer, Bon Scott. The songs "Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be" and "Rocker" from this concert were included on the 2-DVD set Plug Me In, released on 12 October 2007. The third disc of the Plug Me In deluxe edition includes "Let There Be Rock" from this concert as well. In August of 1991, AC/DC headlined their third "Monsters Of Rock" festival at Castle Donington. One for the ages, the two hour set is loaded with classics and awesome visuals including firing cannons, the hells bell and a giant inflatable Rosie.

Let There Be Rock AC/DC: Let There Be Rock was filmed on 9 December 1979 at the Pavillon de Paris in Paris, France, and also contains interviews with members of the band, including lead vocalist Bon Scott, who died two months after filming. The concert film was re-released on a Blu-ray/DVD double pack along with a collector's tin, concert pictures, a souvenir guitar pick, and a 32-page booklet, or just as Blu-ray or DVD individual sets on 7 June 2011. Only 90,000 of the collectors tins were made, and each labeled with a number out of 90,000 on the base of the tin.

AC/DC in a blistering performance on 10 November 1978, University of Essex, Colchester, Essex. Rock Goes To College (RGTC) was a BBC series that ran between 1978 and 1981 on British television. A variety of up-coming rock oriented bands were showcased live from small venues and broadcast simultaneously on television and radio during.

AC/DC's concert at The Apollo on 30 April 1978 later became the bulk of the band's first live album, 'If You Want Blood You've Got It' a month later.
